It was our first visit here so did not really know what to expect. We had a lovely evening celebrating the birthday of a Ukranian friend. The restaurant was small which was lovely. The staff very attentive but not over the top. The food was lovely and we ate too much 🙂 Well worth the trip to Finsbury Park Thank you.

Friendly service, amazing food!, drinks were also fantastic. We had non-alcoholic smoothies and alcoholic cocktail- both were freshly made and tasted fantastic, unique and refreshing flavours. Starters we had pate, which was absolute stand out! The zesty salad was super delicious, our steak was cooked to perfection and highly recommend the smash potato as a side to accompany. Of course we couldn’t leave without dessert, creme brûlée which was superb, and chocolate ice cream which was so super chocolately without being overly rich. 100% recommended and we cannot wait to come back, a fantastic relaxed evening with superb food of great portions.

The food we ordered was of really good quality the duck and steak were excellent. The chicken liver pate was amazing served with homemade brioche bread. We also tried for the first time Ukrainian Wine and were offered a tasting of the 3 options available which was a nice extra touch. The Cabernet goes well with the steak. If there is one small criticism it was the vegetable side dish arrived a bit late but it is was well cooked so not a major issue. So overall we had a great alternative Sunday lunch.

It´s always a joy to eat in Delicate Gastrobar; warm, friendly, casual atmosphere, excellent service from the most dedicated waitress one could wish for, and high quality ingredients prepared with skill, and served in generous portions. I highly recommend the fish, both the fish platter to share, which makes the perfect starter when shared by 2, and the sea(D)bream with vegetables is a moist delight. An Ukranian wheat beer goes wonderfully with the fabulous food served. D.G. is a wonderful restaurant that deserves to flourish for many years to come. Thank you to everyone at this marvellous restaurant where, again, everything my husband and I ate last night was a flavour packed sensation and we received the warmest of welcomes from the friendliest, most hardworking, waitress in North london (plus the fittest as her sprinting talents displayed). Andy loved the ucranian potatoes and pig fat whilst I can´t speak highly enough of the fish dishes. The fish platter brings genorous portions perfect for sharing, the seabass, with a generous portion of healthy veg, is a dish as tasty as it´s dramatic presentation indicates, and the ucranian wheat beer goes well with everything. Delicate' Gastrobar! is an excellent, friendly, loving restaurant that we are lucky to have in our neighbourhood. Again, thank you to all involved in our ace meal last night, love Catherine

This was a lovely gastrobar in crouch hill a lovely part of north London. The waitress was really lovely and attentive. The food was amazing mine duck leg confit with mash came with a fog and my partners was sea Dream which had alcohol poured on it and set alight. We also had Creme brulee for desert and the waitress put a candle on it and sang happy birthday which was really lovely. All round a great experience highly recommended

Nice little restaurant having warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Good food well cooked, but with little excessive salt to palette. Although portions are on smaller side, overall dining experience was quite good, pleasing and fulfilling.

Came here for my wife’s birthday dinner and we had an amazing dining experience. The food, service and atmosphere were all on point. We ordered the beef tartare which was tender and delicious with the accompanying parmesan sauce. The beef cheeks and duck confit were served with mashed potatoes. I must say the beef cheeks were cooked to perfection and it was a super succulent dish. Followed by the pearlicious dessert to wrap our meal up. Will definitely be coming back here again. Such a lovely place.

Absolutely a gem in North London, the restaurant is located next to the Crouch Hill Overground Station. This is our first visit and we are so impressed by the quality of the food. Together with the excellent service and environment, we will definitely be back to try other items on the menu.

Lovely place with attentive service. You can see the restaurant takes pride in its food. The Beef Cheek with Truffle Mash was delicious, very tender and not fatty beef and comes presented on a smoking platter! I liked the Ukrainian Mountain Herb Tea and also the tomato salad.

we wanted to try Ukrainian fare and this is a great place to do so. the menu was explained, and we shared the dishes so that we could experience all the flavours. We particularly enjoyed the borsht. we were too full to sample a dessert, but they looked lovely.
