I came in the nick of time but I was accommodated quite nicely. On the last chilly night of winter, I'm happy to be sipping the most delicious broth of ramen bowl that immediately took me back to Japan. What an experience. Will definitely be back.

My english is not that good but the waitress was very patient. The food was very good and there were big portions. The is good for the quality of the food and the service. All in all very good Restaurant. Definetly recommend going there.

The only positive I got from this restaurant was the waitress who served us. She was quite nice and polite. Now, the negatives. We wanted to choose the festive menu, but they only allowed one semi kids-friendly drink option, all the others were alcohol. We all had ramen, but it wasn't good at all. The noodles were quite poor and the soup was lukewarm. I ordered a mochi brownie with matcha ice cream, but they made a mistake and gave me chocolate ice cream. When I pointed that out, not only the waiter did not apologize, he even gave me a very annoyed facial expression. Finally, I would like to advise customers not to use their toilets, which were very smelly and dirty. I will never visit any of the Shoryu restaurants again.

Shoryu served very yummy food and had a nice atmosphere! The food is typical of what you would find on a menu at this type of restaurant - nothing new or groundbreaking, but not every restaurant has to be breaking the mould. It does the classics well. The portions were huge too!!

After booking a table in advance, we arrived and the table was not ready. They improvised our table in the area for the walk ins - by the entrance and in a corridor-like space which made the atmosphere very poor.

We requested to change seats just because the multiple mirrors was giving me migraine. They acted on it straight away. Also, after dinner i left my backpack. Staff had continuously rang my phone to let me know! So glad that they care about their clients!

The vibe was amazing. The food was perfect and we left extremely satisfied and full. Felt authentic to Japan. Wait staff were polite and helpful. Had a really great meal out with my brothers.

We come here reasonably regularly for our favourite Dracula Ramen, however, we wanted to leave a review this time because the trainee waitress (I believe her name was Joyce) was awesome. Really friendly and helpful! Thank you for being a great host :)

We had been meaning to try a Japanese restaurant for a while now. So glad we chose this one. The food was very good as were the staff. We ate from a set menu which we thought was good value. We added buns to this though, which you should definitely try! All in all a very pleasant experience.,

One of my favorite restaurants in London but lately I feel like the service industry has really taken a hit when it comes to care of the consumer. That's really the difference of eating out or staying home.
