7.5/10The soup that was white/plain in colour was so good! That could have been either pork or mushroom base one. Also, we love the noodle (I think it was "Dan Dan noodle"). We were seated near the door so it was a bit cold but coming back here again.

10/10Me and my friends had never had hotpot before but were talked through what to get and suggested some great options too. The food was great and the service was quick and friendly.

10/10Very good service! All the waiters are very attentive. The manager did a great job! In addition, food quality is superb too. The taste of the hot pot soup base is very authentic.

When I ate at other Chinese restaurants in Europe, they would remind customers of the portion sizes, but here I ordered a double portion and the waiter didn't specifically remind me. Other than that, everything else was fine.

7/10Nice food just the staff literally stand next to you maybe a meter away and watch you it’s very uncomfortable and awkward as you can’t enjoy your conversation or eating without the feel like you’re being watched and judged.

Three of us had a dinner there. One ended up with a food poisoning, another had a severe allergy rush. Not sure what they put in the broth but I would not recommend it to anyone

5.5/10Waiters have a very poor understanding of English. This made it difficult to have a positive experience. Food was overpriced for it's quality and overall service. Disappointed and would not return.

Horrible experience, there are hairs in the food, and dead insects in the food. There is no explanation or solution, they simply took out the dish. Vendor accepts cash only

6.5/10Food was quite good. However, service was terrible. We ordered quite a lot of food, but more than half of them didn't arrive. We ate what was served first, as we would understand that the kitchen might be backed up. Waited really long and when we asked where is the rest of our orders, they were confused and ask what did we not get. Told them we have not received majority of the food and they came back with receipts of our order and released they have given our food to a different table. We had to wait further for the food and by the time our food came, we were already full from the vegetables and the rice. We still ate the food that finally arrived, and yet we were still short of 1 of our orders. We had enough of the wait and told them to cancel it as we were tired and full by then. The manager (I assume) came to us with the last food that was late served and told us 'the kitchen has already made it for you, do you still want it$2' We said no cause we can't be bothered anymore and he stormed off and threw the food really loudly away in anger. Bad service, no apologies, nothing. So gave food and ambience a good rating but service is just absolutely atrocious. Won't come back :)

9/10The restaurant was a great find, Andy, The branch manager was fantastic and another gentleman as well, (unfortunately didn’t catch his name) was also really attentive and really helped us to settle in for our first time ordering a hot pot would definitely recommend.

5.5/10Ok restaurant. Tables are quite small - we have booked for 6 people and we barely fitted around table. Food quality is good but service and management of restaurant is rather poor. We have been told to be at 3.00pm sharp but we still waited for our table around 10-15 minutes. Overall if there were other options available I would choose different restaurant.

8/10Long wait even though we had a reservation, staff weren’t that helpful, our first hotpot experience and we had no help to figure out how to order. Things were missing on our table, napkins, bowls but we just got up and got ourselves. Otherwise a great experience, food was delicious and all a good portion. Highly recommend the beef slices and fried rice, be careful with the spicy broth if you cant handle spice, the Sichuan pepper really numbs the mouth and packs a kick.
