2/10It was closed when we got there and there was no previous warning which ended ruining the whole party. Highly disappointed that I was allowed to book when it was closed completely

6/10The food was good, but the service was slow and it was very difficult to get the server's attention, even though we were some of the only people in the restaurant. The toilets were not very clean and on multiple occasions we watched the chef carry full bags of rubbish through the dining area out the front door, which did not seem particularly hygienic.

8/10They charge us the dipping sauce which we never use which makes an extra cost at our bill, we all thought it was an optional. Apart from that everything are great! Food and service are excellent!

10/10Came here for date night with my daughter and the food was yummy, we had baby squid, prawns, scallops, mushrooms mix, our hotpot was really yummy and brothy, we both had a dripping sauce, overall experience was excellent, staff were helpful and friendly, we will definitely be coming back

6.5/10They keep forcing people from TheFork to pay in cash. We showed them their reply to a previous review in which they said they do accept card, but they still made us go to an ATM "to compensate the discount". Obvious tax evasion, so we asked them to remove the 12,5% service charge. Otherwise, the place is good, although quite expensive even with the discount.

9.5/10Great service and very quick to bring out the food. The broths for vegetarians were a bit limited but otherwise great spread and options. They only accept cash for fork bookings so be aware!

10/10It is genuinely a really lovely place to enjoy time and munch with families or friends. We visited there during the Mid-Autumn Festival so the staff offered some top notch, home made moon cakes to us. The staff also provided good tips about the food and the sauce. All the ingredients are fresh and tasty, the soup base is brilliant as well. Recommend to go!

2/10I went there with my boyfriend. As soon as the waitress realised that I’m Chinese, he started talking only to me using chines and insisted that they can only accept cash. However, I made a ring there before that day, and they promised me that they can accept card payment. ???? I’m so disappointed about their service. Do you think I’m also Chinese so you can take advantage of me?? Shame.

5/10No service at all. Only one waitress served all customers. And her attitude was very bad. We wanted to ask for more water, napkins, and coriander, but we didn't, because we were scared of the waitress. She was very fierce. There's no point to pay the 12.5% service charge.

6.5/10Food is good as usual but was informed that 20% discount through Fork can only be applied if paid in cash. This was not mentioned anywhere in the app - in fact when we came over previously with 50% discount we paid by card. Not sure why the change without notice.

2/10None service whatsoever! Rude staff, asking for cash payment on arrival saying that 20% can be only applied to cash transaction! The waitress was miserable the whole time and didn’t even bother asking us how the food was or changing our plates. I’d never ever go there again!

9.5/10all the food came very quickly, all were fresh, many choices (favourite were the fuzhou fishball, fish slices and the sweet potato noodle) for the hotpot. the dessert (deep fried mantou buns) was really really good too! very good and quick service, would come again :-)

8/10A very nice hotpot restaurant. The interior fits the Asian style, but isn’t too fancy. The broths have a good depth of flavour and there are many offal dishes. Maybe a bit too much compared to the amount of standard protein dishes on the menu.

7/10I was disappointed and surprised to be asked to pay by cash, because I have a discount. I have never experienced that before. I had to leave the restaurant in the rain and walk for a while to find a cash machine, as there was no indication they I couldn’t use my card, before I booked.

2/10We reserved a table for 7 at 8pm, arrived with 4 of us there at 8:08 but there was a group of 6 queuing right before us, the manager decided to give our table to them and then claimed that they have 10 mins late policy only and the fact that we don’t have everyone here yet. So I’m not quite sure if they appreciate it see booking system from thefolk
