10/10Great service, didn't catch the name of our server but she was so lovely from start to finish - was there for everything we needed and even brought out a little birthday treat for my dad! We had a lovely meal, the food was stunning and would definitely recommend! Thanks so much xx

10/10This was my first time visiting Sir & Madam Royal Thai in West Byfleet. It was ideally located close to the Train station which proved convenient for me. Upon arrival, I was greeted and welcomed in. I was early, the restaurant decor felt and looked authentic. The portions were well sized, the food itself was tasty and full of flavour. Great place, one to save and return to.

10/10We had the Gold set menu for two. Price was £25 per head. There was plenty of food, so arrive hungry if you want this set menu. We upgraded to a Prawn dish Prawn Chu Chi for a supplement charge of £3. This was an excellent choice for us. Food is freshly cooked and tasted great. Check them out.

8/10The food was excellent, the waitress was very pleasant but her English needs improving which will come with time. My biggest issue was with the bill. 3 people and tbd net cost was £129.25 but they added £12.93 as a service charge WHY ?? This is only normally charged for tables with a large amount of people. When I queried it directly with the restaurant, the manager said they always add it. That is wrong and needs to be addressed.

6/10This small restaurant was cold with customers wearing coats at tables. Service was slow, claimed to be due to staff sickness. Food was good, but could have been hotter. I'm willing to give it a second chance but not to recommended to others

6/10OK, so my ratings are obviously middle of the road, i think this could be because of the start of the experience. I went on the restaurants official website and i clicked on book a table and was directed here to the Fork to make a reservation, I did so, but when arriving at the restaurant was made to feel awkward because "They Don't Use The Online Booking Facility"...
