Booked a table for lunch on a Twickenham Rugby day so expected it to be busy. We ordered food, starters and Mains, the mains arrived before the starters! We waited an hour for food delivery, when it did arrive the mains arrived first, when I asked about them was advised that its OK they are on the way. mediocre food, it didn't kill us and wasn't bad, but really it wasn't good. I guess on a busy day in Richmond you take what you can get, and just have to smile as you pay.
