6.5/10The food was great and the resturant is a nice place to be. But the service was not good, the waiter seemed bored and like he didn't care. We asked for a bottle of rose wine but he only had 2 glasses. We waited am hour for our food and we were the only people in the resturant.

2/10We had a table booked for Mother’s Day. 4 adults 3 children. We were waiting a good 25 minutes before drink order was taken ( restaurant was empty ) so being busy is not an excuse. We then waited a further 40 minutes to order food ( by this time there was only two tables occupied in restaurant ). Food was 1 hour wait, children were getting fidgety and impatient. Steak at the price of £18.00 more ended up chewed and spat out in tissues as it was so tough. COD bites for kids.. pretty much just batter! Had to ask for another drink. Terrible service wouldn’t go again and definitely wouldn’t recommend

10/10Wow what can I say but it's a little gem of a place. We took my son and his partner and had a lovely time. Food was fantastic and would highly recommend. Service was five star and would definitely go again ( and we travelled 55 miles to get there!!)

10/10What a great find! I never knew this place was there. The steaks and the rest of the food we had was lovely, the staff were absolutely fantastic - so polite and helpful. Will definitely be visiting again!

10/10Absolutely fantastic as alway normally go to cheam but decided to go to Kenley as we hoped the owner would be there, thankfully he was we have been going since the day it opened and the food NEVER fails. Amazing

8/10New restaurant with a steak and burgers menu Our first visit , valentines night . Wife had chicken and chips I had burger and chips 1 drink each over £50 touch pricy for burger ,staff attentive. We was first in resturant so it was quiet . Got more people in later .live saxophone player was about to start we missed that .like to go again try the steaks

10/10have eaten steak sinmany countries from the very plush reataurans to the mallest cafes. Smokin Grill in Kenley I would rate from my experience as mid to high in quality of food and service. Indeed like anything in life nothing is perfect but the owners and staff are on a learning curve and still have too refne their skills like making a good Irish coffee and learn how to make a Bloody Mary or Bloody Caesar. The steak was impeccable cooked is exactly as I requested and ithe trimmings loved the grilled =asparagus surprising delaihgtful fare in a small village. Mu guest were delighted Phew thankgoodness for me and thankyou to all the owner and staff at the restaurant. I wish them th e very best as they go from strength to strength and they will succeed. I can state that from my family's restauranteurs in the same area many moons ago. well done to Smokin Grill is they continue in this quality fashion the area will eb so vey well served. As long as success is kept in check.

10/10Had a lovely evening with my friend ,the food was amazing had the fried chicken burger and sweet potato fries, which were amazing, everything nice and hot. Good service ,friendly staff.

8/10The waiter explained straight away that someone had called in sick, so they were doing their best. I appreciated the honesty. The service was slower than what I’d normally expect however, due to being upfront we were able to take our time, rather than being in a conveyer belt. The food was excellent- no complaints at all on that front. The ambiance was ruined by a party of approx 8 who had the male spokesman arguing not once, but twice about the service for the whole restaurant to hear. He clearly enjoyed the attention he thought he was getting. I felt utterly sorry for the manager & staff who had to take this barrage of attack. It was uncalled for & the nonsense coming out of his mouth was pure lies. Having been at the restaurant 4x apparently.. they were all quite happy chomping down the food which was allegedly 1.5 hrs after they arrived (which wasn’t true) Only after a free meal. How the manager held his tongue I’m unsure. I would return & hope this family don’t turn up again. If it had been my restaurant, I would have opened the door & told them not to return!

9.5/10Local sit-in burger restaurant that has a great variety of burgers and other food such as salads etc. It’s really nice they have bean burgers instead of the fake meat burgers for vegetarians. The food is really good and everyone in our group enjoyed their meal. It’s definitely worth a visit.
