We recently had an amazing dining experienc . The steaks were absolutely fantastic—cooked to perfection! Rib eye melts in the mouth. Sajd was incredibly friendly and made the evening extra special. If you're a steak enthusiast, this place is a must-visit. Can't wait to go back for more good food 🥩🌟❤️

6/10Went for a quiet Sunday lunch .... very quiet. Only 2 other people there. Nowhere to park except on the very busy street. Had a 7 minute walk once we found a parking spot ... even on a Sunday afternoon. Restaurant is very clean. Decor is OK. Food is quite average. Sirloin steak was quite thin ... not as billed for an "American" steak house. However the steak was fairly tender and tasty and the garlic mushrooms plentiful and buttery. A nice try but not the feel of a real Steak house.

6.5/10The ambience was nice but the food was overpriced. It was ok but just not worth the price. The steak was not that tasty and the dish presentation was poor. However, the starters were very good but for a place that serves mostly steak, I was disappointed with its quality.

3/10We received complimentary drink due to waiting over 25 minutes for our ordered milkshake and over 1 hour and a half for our meal. We requested the complimentary drinks. The waitress was lovely, she was the best part of the experience. Unfortunately we have 4 meals to review ALL TERRIBLE. Philly Cheese Steak can with the bread still frozen, taken back to be warmed and then returned with the steak cold. This meal was rejected. Grilled chicken burger came to the table as a fried chicken burger. Grilled Salmon burger looked like a processed slab of salmon, white in colour and rubbery texture. Cajun chicken breast, 2 processed chicken slices with the I’m charcoaled effect lines across them. Dry, rubbery and not fit for consumption. 3 meals came with fries that had been refried so many times that the fries had hollow middles! Just crunchy potatoes sticks the final meal came with sweet potato fries covered in enough salt to set you up with hypertension, no salt had been requested . The complete meals were sent back and a quick trip to KFC as everyone was past starvation. Total disappointment, I don’t think this restaurant has a chef, I think it’s run by business people that think they can throw out cheap processed food and make a profit. I would give this restaurant a wide birth.

10/10What a great find. Fantastic service from Alex. From a chef myself this place is a must. The steaks are beautiful and tasty melted in my mouth. We had starter's and I have to say share them so you have room for pudding. So I will be back.

8.5/10The staff were lovely. There was a mix up with how I wanted my steak, but the staff was very helpful. The food was delicious and well presented. The ambience was lovely. My only issue including the mix up, was the time that it took to received the meal. 4 stars to this restaurant. ????????

5/10This was our third or fourth visit to the Smoking Grill but if it had been our first it would also have been our last. The waiting staff couldn’t answer the simplest question on any of the dishes it took three attempts to get my main course correct, my wife’s steak was terrible, she only ate about 50% of it. When it came to pudding after three tries to supply the correct dish to my wife she decided to cancel her dish. I waited for my banana split, too long, only to be delivered a sundae ‘with bits of banana in it I then cancelled my dish too and we paid and left. With all of these mistakes not once did a member of management speak to us. This was a shame as we had enjoyed our previous visits but we will not be returning any time soon.

6/10This wasn’t great and it’s a shame because it has the makings of being lovely. The waitress was lovely albeit very new and the food wasn’t bad, not sure it was worth the money they were asking. My daughter had the wine which she said was lovely. My main gripe was I asked for condiments and when I poured the vinegar out of a sachet it was like all gooey, I tried to tell them, they got me another plate so I cleared the chips off and gave new chips! I said you need to clear all them out of you pots as they had no best before date! I didn’t know vinegar could go off but it totally put me off! Place was dead too which didn’t help. Not bad but I wouldn’t go again.

10/10An absolute gem of a restaurant, the food was excellent, the service was just right, and the pricing is great, parking is a issue as the location is on a busy junction so be prepared to park slightly away, but overall definitely would recommend

8/10Very welcoming staff and we enjoyed the cocktails. There seemed to be a lack of side salad which I would expect with steak and burgers, would have given top marks for food if this had been offered.
