We were staying in Manchester for a few days, purchased a 3 course voucher for two people. Staff were excellent very friendly Food was lovely we added crispy duck to the order amazing Drinks were very reasonable priced Would highly recommend this restaurant if staying in Manchester 100%

The food is too salty. We didn’t know there’s 10% service charge for lunch and have to pay cash. We thought we would obtain 20% off through The Fork’s app booking as mentioned. There’s no service charge for lunch for walk in customer. It makes me hesitant to make booking through the Fork going forward.

The food was good but the service was not that good had to wait and call someone to take our order and then at the end didn’t even get 20% on the total bill even though I had told the waiter at the start that we have booked a table through fork! Overall the food made it up for it.

Booked a Groupon deal whilst in Manchester before a concert. Staff very friendly menu great choice. So much food we couldn’t get through it all. Excellent value would definitely visit again.

After booking online and receiving a confirmation, the staff didn't have a reservation for us when we turned up. They said we couldn't have a table, even though it was only about 1/4 full ! They then said ok but cash only. We had cards only so we walked out.

I walked in and mentioned that I booked via Fork and the lady thought I was asking for a job - language barrier so that was fine. The menu is absolutely massive and overwhelming. There are also 3 different menus which made it even worse. The food okay fine. Speed of service fine. Nothing to rave about. When it got to time to pay, they had no idea what fork was. In the end after speaking to someone they allowed the discount but I was told that I needed to pay in cash because of the discount. I refused as I did not have any cash. In the end they accepted card. The staff need to be briefed on what work is and how it works it seems.
