8/10Guessing early week the trade is slow so restaurant lacks any atmosphere. The main course was a little over cooked, was wondering if there was a reserve chef that evening as a previous booking was much better experience.

9/10My reservation was somehow under the wrong name despite reserving online which caused some panic as I was not sure i was going to get a table, service and food were incredible though so cannot fault them, definitely the best restaurant in town! Can't wait to come again! Also do a grateful selection of cocktails at a really reasonable price!

8/10Much smarter restaurant than expected. Decor, ambience attractive; my request re location of table was catered for. Overall food ok but some dishes could have been a bit better ie calamari was rather tasteless. Waitress was pleasant enough.

Lovely restaurant to dine at. Food is so nice and very generous portions and prices are unbelievable good for what you get. Friendly and helpful staff always serves with a smile. Looking forward to our next visit.

10/10The food was absolutely delicious and prepared to perfection;- from the starters to delectable Italian desserts. It The friendly and attentive service could not have been better. Such a delightful surprise being our first time at Spuntino and Amesbury. Highly recommended.

Despite the booking never reaching the restaurant (reserve direct by phone next time) they found us room for 4, gave us great food and service, and even a free dessert when they found out we had a birthday girl with us!
