4.5/10Wonderful staff but the food was very poor. We ordered the lemon sole but there was barely and flesh on it, mainly bone. Relieved that we had a 50% discount as paying nearly 30 pound for a main with the quality that was served is very disappointing. Will not be going back.

9/10During our recent visit to the Square Grill House Piano Bar Brasserie in Bath, we experienced a delightful dining experience. I ordered the fillet steak cooked medium-rare, which was prepared to perfection—tender and flavorful. My girlfriend chose the beef tortellini, a dish that has received high praise from the waitress. She thoroughly enjoyed it, although she did say the pasta was very thick. The restaurant’s ambiance, complemented by live piano music, created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were attentive and friendly, enhancing our overall experience.

food was excellent. We had one starter two mains and two deserts. to di k we had a beer a caraffe of wine and two coffees. the pear tart which was flambé was excellent.

6.5/10We booked the Square because we love the decor and vibe of the Piano Bar. We followed the refurbishment with the marbling decor and were very disappointed to be shown to a table upstairs. The room was very crowded with little room between tables, not at all romantic on Valentines Day. Food and service were good, let down by the staff canteen vibe upstairs.

Lovely place to stop and get a bite to eat. Sitting outside, you can hear the lovely music played by the street performers. You are right next to Bath Abbey., which is beautiful. The staff are so lovely. Very welcoming and attentive. The food is nice and a reasonable price.

8.5/10We ate from the set menu and the starter and main course were both excellent. The meal was slightly let down by the black cherry sundae dessert, which was, sadly, very unimaginative, with fairly ordinary ingredients and presentation. An enjoyable meal overall, but if the dessert could have been improved, it would have been excellent.

Lovely and cozy restaurant with a chique environment and amazing food. I had the beef tartare and the slow cooked beef tortellini and the cheesecake for dessert. Highly recommend all of them, but I don't think u can miss any options available. The Chilean red wine Chateau Los boldos with grapes from Portugal was one of the bests I have ever had. Also had the chance to meet a kind waiter that's working there to help his mother and did a 5 stars service. Will return, when we go back to bath.

5.5/10Unfortunately it wasn’t what I expected from tripadvisor reviews. It looks tired from omtge outside and doors through to our table bed a lick of paint. We had ravers a table and we sat next to the serving area I prune as all I could hear was the loud coffee maker. The lunch menu wasn’t appealing either and as it was my friends birthday I wanted to take her somewhere special. The waiter was perfectly lovely and we ordered two cocktails but the cocktails were full of ice and really couldn’t taste the alcohol. Unfortunately at that we made our excuses and left. Two cocktails nearly £30 was not worth it. We ended up going to a lovely place in Bartlett road. I think it gets a lot of tourists and it is in an excellent position but unfortunately we won’t be returning.
