Although this delicious pancakes looked good on the outside it was absolutely disgusting and I must say I’m highly disappointed. My first ever time visiting this place and I was not happy with how dry the pancake tasted,..if it wasn’t for that wonderful lady who brought me water over to my table with ice I would have choked. Secondly I wasn’t aware that there was a service fee of £1.74 not that it matters now but if I didn’t know this how would these people expect me to have enough if I’m only thinking of the price for my actual meal was all I needed to pay, the staffs didn’t make me aware that extra the Oreo biscuit which I requested I had to pay for as I took something of my pancake for Oreo I had to pay for that also if I didn’t ask I wouldn’t of known and lastly I didn’t feel ready to order my food I only said yes because the lady was waiting on me and I felt rushed in a way like I had to pick something quickly, I kept smiling to give staffs the impression that I was happy but no very upset indeed and didn’t wasn’t to embarrass myself so I kept quiet honestly I really wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. Very very disappointed on so many levels not happy at all, do better !

Service was quick, nice family atmosphere. The pancakes were good but not great and portions of toppings were on the small side. Both my low fat pancakes and my friend’s gluten free pancakes were a bit disappointing in texture, not light and fluffy but a bit gluey (mine) and rubbery (his). Also found the lack of non dairy milks very surprising and a bit disappointing, although my decaf flat white was very good. Care was taken with allergens which was appreciated.

Friendly service, our food took a little bit longer than expected to arrive. I had the breakfast stack, which was nice, but after a few mouthfuls became very dry. I think a little ramekin of maple syrup should be included, to help with this

The food was amazing. Came really quickly was hot and tasty. The staff were helpful and able to accommodate what we asked. The air con was on pretty high so it was a little chilly.

Amazing pancake place in the heart of London!! Great variety of food, very friendly staff, efficient service. Highly recommended for a Sunday Brunch followed by a wander in central London.

Food was ok, although not quite what is advertised. Music was great. Service was shockingly awful. Coffee order never came and had to ask again for it, nobody came to check in we needed anything else, had to call on someone attending to the table next to us to get water. Waiters are nice but service are very poor.

Such an amazing place. Lovely atmosphere and decor. Amazing food, pancakes were light and fluffy, toppings were generous and delicious. Staff were so friendly and service was so quick. Definitely recommend!

Great location. Ok food. We only had savory pancakes and they were OK, but definetly not anywhere near really good. Very basic service. Waitresses are kind but did not get a great professional experience Overall, won't go back.

Fab little find if you're a pancakes lover like us delicious little starter of tattes cheese & bacon once hot, amazing sweet pancakes we only had 1 stack fav was peaches & cream good service with delightful touch of being checked on by management great value with discount too ???? Respectable toilet facilities Thankyou hope to be back soon

Loved it. Best brunch I’ve had in ages. Excellent food, good service and I love the feel of the place. I imagine you’d have to book rather than just turn up and chance it, but well worth the booking

Really nice staff and good atmosphere but fyi, milkshakes don’t include ice cream ^^ A lot of choice in the pancakes and the toppings with vegan and gluten-free options
