Great dining experience, booked online via tripadvisor with a discount because booked in advance. Sadly whilst a delightful meal the full experience was ruined due to an unexpected visitor (a cockroach) landing on my young niece caused a lot of distress & anxiety & not enabling her to finish her meal. The manager on duty gave a free glass of Prosecco & removed the cost of the main meal, but sadly it ruined our evening out.

We has early dinner here after a show on a Sunday. my partner had one of their specialty steaks, which was very good. whilst it was verg good, at £40 a steak, you would expect at least a side to be included. I had a ribeye from their house steaks. This was nothing special in my opinion. The steaks are pricy for what they are and don't come with any sides, so you have to order those separately. We ordered the meat medium and it came more of a medium rare. Service was good, attentive but not overly so. We had booked with a discount which wasn't included when the bill came, so had to ask for it. If I jave to pay full price for their menu, I would definitely expect more.

Steak was melt in the mouth good. Only disappointment was the mac and cheese I prefer it a bit runny this was drier than I like but tasted fine. Waiting staff and management were lovely.
