I expected much better. The food was average and the portions, especially salads, were half of what they should be. Service was very slow even if it was midweek, it took 80 minutes to bring us the main courses. Last but not least, although the location and ambience are excellent, there is no ventilation and the smoke from burning meat on the hot stone will take a lot of effort to leave my clothes. Would not recommend it, many better options in the area.

Love the service! Forgot to ask his name but we had great experience with him! Definitely would come back for the food and his service! He has tattoo on his neck if that helps the manager to find him.

As a party of 6, booked a few months ago we were disappointed that a table wasn’t ready for us on arrival. We didn’t wait long however and had a lovely meal and excellent service from the wait staff who didn’t hurry us one bit. I would definitely come here again as the minor inconvenience to start didn’t matter at all.

Every one was amazing, the dinner for my husband’s birthday . I want to mention the girl which served us, ( apologies for did not remember her name) she was from Romania, she was so nice with us, compliments us with Prosecco and expected everything so clearly. Help us to make the right choice. Please tell her we really appreciate it, her presence was amazing. We had a dinner with you on 26/11 if that help.

The attentiveness of the staff was superb, I said it to them and I'll say it here, just as good as the service on a Disney Cruise ship (which is excellent). The food is always fantastic quality here, and there is always a superb choice on the menu. Thanks again guys - our favourite restaurant when we visit London.

We had to order two courses for each of us to quality for the 50% discount which was not mentioned on any terms and conditions. The steaks we ordered were very rough and also we all had diarrhoea after we went home, not sure whether it was from the starter with raw beef.

My friend and I ordered a ribeye, pork ribs, as well as an eton mess and sticky toffee pudding. In terms of food quality, the ribeye was rather hard to bite into as it wasn’t tender (we ordered a medium rare). Pork ribs were surprisingly good. The eton mess was a 6/10 for myself personally but the sticky toffee pudding was rather nice, as suggested by the waiter. However, both my friend and I ended up getting food poisoning… On the bright side, the staff were really nice - really great attitude and had great patience in explaining what dishes are nice/which ones applies to The Fork discount. Props to the male manager that day (sorry I didn’t catch your name)!

The steaks were first class, as was the service for such a large restaurant. Although extremely busy, The General Manager, Diego, greeted us pleasantly and we were very impressed with the overall level of service. All members of staff were pleasant and welcoming upon arrival until leaving. Akash, our main server, was second to none. He was very engaging and friendly with us, while remaining professional at all times. A big thank you to him for making us feel a little bit special.

We dined via the 50% off food offer but it only applied to main courses and you still have to order all the extras like sauce, butter etc. as well as any sides you woukd want like fries and vegetables etc. Also, the hotstone cools down quicker than i thought it would. Overall nice food
