Thank you, absolutely loved my porterhouse that was recommended by a wonderful staff Alex, was absolute pleasure being served by him, and the GM was absolute lovely, great customer service by all and friendly, not my first time and definitely won't be my last, see you all again and thank you.

The service at the beginning was great but then we were just ignored by our waiter. While there was nothing wrong with the food, it did feel overpriced when comparing it to its taste. I’m glad I came here with my friends, but I would not come again. Overall, not bad but not great.

Food is fantastic and I like the music, the atmosphere. But, I felt like I was cramped in on a table, squeezed in-between countless other tables of two. Staff were brilliant, did everything to ensure we had a lovely experience

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to STK Strand, the service was very good, staff attentive and knowledgeable of the menu & wines. Steak was very tender, sides & sauces all great. Good vibes with the DJ too!

Been regular for years. Service was poor our waiter was no where to be seen for at least 30mins auger dinner. Didn’t even get asked if we wanted dessert. Starter was basic. Main meal was good. Service was very shocking and arratic.

Went to stk on saturday for the first time ordered calamari for starter which was very nice followed by ribeye which was horrible i ordered medium rare it came blue my mrs ordered medium which was actually medium rare and the meat was rubbery, after not being able to eat the food we both left more than half the steaks, the waiter came and took the food didnt even bother asking was everything okay seen as we didnt eat i tried to pay my bill at 22:50 i kept trying to draw someones attention one of the waiters looked at me i put my hand up he turnt the other way and walked off finally someone came to my table at 23:15 to finally take payment, horrible food a d customer service i understand it was busy but for the price i think it could have been much better

Booked for wife's birthday as in a good location to the Radio Tower. First impressions was good however music was quite loud and placed seemed busy . Up on sitting down we quickly realised it wasn't as good as we first thought. I order a wagyu skirt steak and the wife had surf and turf with sides and was all pleasant except for the rubber tasting lobster tail which was the best part of 70 pounds. The steak was tasty but the wow factor wasn't there. The clientel on the night was questionable with rowdy unsavoury characters booking a table next to us which was rather unpleasant for the occasion tbh but staff didn't blink and encouraged antisocial behaviour. The place isn't fine dining nor is it a night club it seems lost. All in all terrible waste of money nearly 250 bags for steak and chips not pleasant. 3 out of 10 from us and will not return ever again.

The night and dinner was literally 10/10. The food was amazing from the succulent rib eye to the Mac and cheese. Our waiter Gilberto was even more amazing, was very attentive, super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He suggested some great drinks and food. Can’t express just how amazing he was. He needs a raise. As someone who had worked in customer service it takes a lot to impress me but he honestly was superb!!

Had a fantastic evening at STK. The food is of course great. What makes STK special is the ambience. I have had food this good without paying as much but the ambience made it worthwhile as a special treat. Would definitely go back for celebration events.

An amazing experience, was recommended by family who visited STK on a previous visit prior to a show. The service we received was amazing. The food was the best we have ever had! They even made our celebration more special with a 30th anniversary dish . Thank you everyone and we will return on our next visit

Amazing food, amazing service, my only issue is for an establishment like STK, I was disappointed with the attire that was allowed in the restaurant people wearing hoodies with hoods up, baseball caps and tracksuits, I didn’t think I was in the local McDonald’s, people standing outside the door smoking instead of the smoking area, so having to fight past to get in where was the door staff to move people out the way??
