Most of the staff are very nice. The booking we made for outside heating was mistaken and we had to sit at a different table to what we had booked, which was fine. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, there was one member of staff who wore a blue coat who was extremely rude and nasty. Who ruined our experience.
