10/10It was a birthday present for my cousin and her husband . We all really enjoyed the meal and were glad to come on a weekday evening when it was less full , The staff looked after us really well and I am sure we will be back again for another occasion,

10/10Sukhothai Chapel Allerton offers a fantastic dining experience! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with beautiful décor that sets the perfect tone. The food is absolutely delicious — every dish bursts with authentic Thai flavors, beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Whether you’re a Thai food lover or trying it for the first time, Sukhothai Chapel Allerton is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back!

9.5/10The food was delicious. Service was great. I booked a table through fork but it remained pending. I then rang them. The booking was still not on the system. Luckily they had availability as I had a few guests from out of town.

10/10I first came across Sukhothai in 2004. I was so impressed with the quality of the food and service that I felt I had to write a review in Harden's Restaurant Guide (2005). Ban, Pat, and all the staff have made Sukhothai the success it is today. It's a treasure trove of exceptional and delightful Thai food - the best and most authentic outside of Thailand. A jewel in a crown.

6/10Everything I ordered was deep fried, crispy and indistinguishable, like greasy hot pork scratchings.. The salad was mean and unimaginative . An altogether disappointing experience. The servers were attentive and pleasant, and the ambience pleasant. However, I shan’t be eating there again.

5/10Having eaten here many times before we were very disappointed with our meal. Firstly my wife asked for chilli sauce with her starter but she got peanut; that could have been serious if she had an allergy. We asked for 2 bottles of water,; one came nicely cooled the other was warm. When asked to change it they brought the same bottle in an ice bucket with ice. I asked if my Gang Massaman could be made a little spicier but what I got was hardly spicy at all. My wife’s main course was also unappetising with the chicken tasting as thought it had been boiled then had sauce poured over it. Very, very disappointed after numerous very good meals at this restaurant. I’m afraid we will be looking to dine elsewhere in the future.

8/10We sat down and had to call the miserable waitress across after fifteen minutes to order our drinks, as she was present we also gave her our meal choices. Our starters arrived ten minutes later before our drinks which i had to chase up....the food was excellent but the overal table service all night was really poor we had to get the waitress attention when we needed anything and to clear the table...this is not what we expect from this place!

7/10Food didn’t come together on table one was really delayed When giving food there was some confusion with what was ordered Waitress never came to ask for more drinks or if food was ok We were told we only had two hours on the booking at the end time but not told at beginning

10/10Staff really polite, great service, many vegan options, food great. Only have one negative and that is when we visit we feel rushed to eat, pay and vacate the table even before the 2hr booking slot has elapsed. It's a treat to dine out and time should be considered for the diners to enjoy the full experience. Apart from that we will return.
