The customer service in this place was absolutely fantastic! They cannot do enough for you honestly made us feel really comfortable . Went to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and they made sure the dessert platter was special and memorable. Really great atmosphere. The food is okay not the best but okay .

A few dishes were excellent. The sushi was nice. The place is pretty pretentious though. Nothing is worth the price tag so you can tell it’s a place people come to to display wealth conspicuously. You can can get a lot more value for money elsewhere.

I wasn’t even offered a chair to sit even though I booked a table and was willing to pay !!!! I wasn’t offered food, the service was terrible, overall the worst experience I ever had in London !!!!
