They offered us a seat in the garden and we thought it would be cold but it was the cosiest, warmest, cutest area with fairy lights! The food was incredible, everything we ate was rich in flavour! Was a bit worried we wouldn’t like the baked California roll as we’ve never had warm sushi before but it was probably the highlight of the meal, will 100% be coming back!

Although located at the limits of the"nice" Whitechapel one does not have a feel of the neighborhood. The restaurant is next to a nice park (being a historic place for London). The inside design is light and pleasant but allows the intimacy if the reservation is more than personal. Very nice and natural greeting, a broad selection on the menu ta cater to most tastes. And what the Chefs serves is an excellent example of the overview of japanese cuisine. The portions are generous and certainly the ingredients fresh. Very pleasant and non-intrusive service. A place that I will be returning to with pleasure.

I booked the table at 12:16 for 12:30. But when I arrived there was not table reserved for us. They setup a table out door when we arrived. Food is nice and the outside setting was nice. Just hard to get any waiter for order. They might better set a bell to call for service for tables out door.

Food was very good. We opted to have 2 appetizers and several maki dishes to share. Our negative comment is that the food came really fast and our table became very cramped (we were 3 in a small table). After which, we waited ~20 mins for the bill!

When we were seated, we were placed at a table right next to two other tables with very limited space (and the waitress asked my mom to squeeze in very closed to the table) while there are a lot of other tables available in the restaurant. We changed to a different table later but I wished the waitress considered it when we arrived. They forgot the two appetizers we ordered. There was hair in the sashimi plate and the waiter asked if it’s ok to just removed the hair instead of replacing the whole dish. I was surprised that he asked that way. Also, we found rocks and a piece of packaging (it looks like aluminum) in the sukiyaki. The waiter and waitress both apologized. However, I was concerned about the food safety. Additionally, the price was higher (about 110 for a soft drink, a sukiyaki, and a sashimi plate) when compared other restaurants we visited for the trip in London while the quality of the food and service is a lot lower. I would give a 0/5 rating in this case.

2 adults and 2 kids, loved by all. Highlights included the takoyaki, soft shell crab roll, tempura, and wagyu. Service was excellent and we thought it was very good value for money. Won't hesitate to return next time we're in London.

19/6/2024 - Friday. This is my 2nd time visit to this sushineon, Algate restaurant. I enjoyed the Sea Urchins sashimi & Sea Urchins Nigiri sushi. All the other sushi were fresh and good qualities. my husband do enjoyed the Katsu Curry and Prawn Tempura. Overall. our lunch experience were satisfied. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

10/7/2024-Wednesday. Went to meet my friend for Japanese lunch. I selected this Japanese restaurant because I love the Sea Urchins sushi/sashimi. We were served by several team members in Sushinoen. The only one I can remember her name is a lovely lady named HERO. The service is excellent. Very attentive and polite. The Sashimi were very fresh, especially the Sea Urchins, The Salmon Sashimi texture was perfect with good quality. The rest of the food we ordered was superb quality. I have been to this restaurant before the pandemic with my daughter. I am glad to see this Sushinoen restaurant still maintains its excellence in many areas, food, services, and cleanliness. My friend and I truly enjoyed our lunch. We will definitely be back again. Next time, bring our husband. I'm trying to convince my husband to have Japanese food. Thank you to Sushinoen staff and sushi chef for making our lunch a wonderful day. Highly recommended to people who really know and enjoy good quality sushi & sa

The food is amazing. We ordered unagi bento, salmon and tuna sushi set, volcano roll, and mixed tempura. The tempura is great, light dipping sauce, but compliment to the light battered tempura. The volcano, the fish can be bit bigger, i think it's too thin. The unagi juu is on point. Really like the sauce and the japanese rice. The sushi, best sushi I have tasted in London for now. Overall, great experience and really nice hospitality.
