Booked dinner for 4 on a Friday early evening, the place is packed, staff are extremely friendly and helpful with the recommendations, the cod fish and short rib must try, there's a 2 hrs limit because we've ordered a lot of food, it's a bit rushed for us . Overall it's a very pleasant experience, the food is very good and pricy.

The price is doubled As we saw on the website.Food tastes good but doesn't deserve the price. Atmosphere is average and more efforts shall be put on making a high-tier restaurant on food and service but not only price.

10/10. Can’t say a lot more than that. Top drawer waiting staff - very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Black cod was ridiculously good. I really couldn’t fault our experience.

It’s a good spot. The food was great. Service was charming but a bit slow. The room is lovely (upstairs) but was very loud as the night went on. It would definitely benefit from some sound damping.

A real find. A little gem of pure delciousness if you like Japanese food. A mix of sushi and cooked treats from miso cod to truffle courgettes and the most amazing yellowfin maki I’ve had in a while. All washed down with the loveliest lychee martinis. A bit pricey but totally worth it and staff who are very attentive and really know their menu. All set in the fashionable end of Marylebone High Street. I can’t recommend it enough. Better than Nobu et al!

We absolutely loved our meal at Taka. We've walked by it many times but didn't really get what it was all about....but now we are huge fans. the food is really inventive, beautifully presented and every single bite was 1000% delicious. It's dangerous they're so close to us. run dont walk!

The staff were really lovely. The food was exceptional. Lovely cocktail list with some different choices. Not your run of the mill selection all a little different. Nice decor and a great area to explore.

The food was excellent and the atmosphere lovely. However, the value is not great (which is often the case with tapas restaurants to be fair). We had a lunch for 2 and ordered 5 tapas and 2 entry price wine glasses, the bill was £93 and we were still hungry at the end.

Really good food with a reasonable high street pricing. Ordered Pedro peppers, bluefin tuna tartare, and 3 different rolls for 2 people. The chutoro roll was delish!!! Definitely will come back again!
