Tea was good but could have hotter. We found the sandwiches, scones and cakes all quite dry. The scones were also quite small. Staff were fairly attentive and helpful but the food let the experience down.

The atmosphere and the attentive staff. It was a Wicked afternoon tea and the 'smoke' pouring down was lovely.The food was tasty except for the Turkey/Cranberry sandwich. It was tasteless and bread felt 'damp'

The room was well decorated and very cozy. The service was great. We enjoyed the sandwiches, scones with clotted cream and pastries. They were very accommodating and, at our request, moved us away from the AC.

During a recent visit to London, we enjoyed tea at The Clermont Victoria, around the corner from Victoria Station. The service was wonderful! Staff were friendly and helpful. They even had a Vegan friendly serving for him. The hotel is lovely. However, the size of the scones really set me back. They were literally the size of ONE Bite. No Clotted cream was served or offered. They served the scones with only churned butter and jam. This left me disappointed.

I am a food lover and love afternoon tea. been to many venues for afternoon tea. The tea lounge at The Clermont Victoria,The venue is stunning and elegant. The waitstaff, particularly Mohammed and his colleague, were very friendly and attentive. The selection of sandwiches was standard, and the scones were nicely baked. The selection of cakes was visually stunning and tasted good. My friend and I had a very relaxing and enjoyable afternoon chatting away.
