6/10Tea was good but could have hotter. We found the sandwiches, scones and cakes all quite dry. The scones were also quite small. Staff were fairly attentive and helpful but the food let the experience down.

9/10The atmosphere and the attentive staff. It was a Wicked afternoon tea and the 'smoke' pouring down was lovely.The food was tasty except for the Turkey/Cranberry sandwich. It was tasteless and bread felt 'damp'

The visit was exactly home we had pictured it. The atmosphere was beautiful, the staff were professional & friendly and the tea, food & wine were top notch!!!

The room was well decorated and very cozy. The service was great. We enjoyed the sandwiches, scones with clotted cream and pastries. They were very accommodating and, at our request, moved us away from the AC.

9/10During a recent visit to London, we enjoyed tea at The Clermont Victoria, around the corner from Victoria Station. The service was wonderful! Staff were friendly and helpful. They even had a Vegan friendly serving for him. The hotel is lovely. However, the size of the scones really set me back. They were literally the size of ONE Bite. No Clotted cream was served or offered. They served the scones with only churned butter and jam. This left me disappointed.

I am a food lover and love afternoon tea. been to many venues for afternoon tea. The tea lounge at The Clermont Victoria,The venue is stunning and elegant. The waitstaff, particularly Mohammed and his colleague, were very friendly and attentive. The selection of sandwiches was standard, and the scones were nicely baked. The selection of cakes was visually stunning and tasted good. My friend and I had a very relaxing and enjoyable afternoon chatting away.

Beautiful setting and perfect service. A bit too much sweet stuff as compared to savoury (but that’s an afternoon tea I guess). They added service to the bill, which I hadn’t calculated with.

8.5/10Very nice stylish and elegant interior. It was very quiet, service was okay, not spectacular but nice enough. For £40 a head I found the size of the afternoon tea small and selection of teas could have been bigger. Would I go there again - unlikely but it was fine

10/10Wonderful. From the atmosphere to the food everything was superb. Fantastic tea and delicious pastries. To note, I am celiac and , upon telling the waiter, i expected, as it usually happens, a smaller or "inferior" course, I was so very mistaken, aside a different shade of bread my serving was exactly as my partner and it made me quite happy to feel like a "normal" guest The children also loved the dry ice trick and tasted everything on the platter I recommend everybody to come at least once in their life, and treat themselves to an exquisite tea afternoon at the Tea Lounge at the Clermont. 10/10Excellent location- Just five minutes walk from Victoria Station. Light, airy room. Excellent selection of sandwiches, scones & cakes + bubbly. Table service throughout gives that added special touch. My partner and I spent a lovely afternoon. We would both recommend.

Me and my sisters came to the Clermont house to celebrate baby on the way. We all had an amazing experience. The food, the aesthetic and the overall vibe was spot on! Mohammed who looked after us was exceptional thank you for your service. Definitely worth the visit.

9/10The afternoon tea was such an indulgence after miles of walking in that very cold, freezing weather. Grace and Mohammed were very attentive to us and they went beyond our expectation. The ambience was so good. We were seated by the cozy window. I and my friend's daughter were able to chat and catch up so well as other guests were seated far from us thus, we understood each other very well. Above all, we had a very great experience . Clermont Victoria will be etched at my friend's daughter's heart forever. Mohammed went extra by giving her a "Welcome to London" Clermont teddy bear.

4.5/10I booked a standard afternoon tea offer, and was brought a Xmas special, when I mentioned it to the waitress she made it sound like it was my fault and told me that now that it was on the table they couldn’t take it away. They made a mistake and didn’t even try to rectify it once. Very poor customer service. The food and ambience is average, I won’t be back.

5.5/10I had the vegan selection. The sandwiches were alright, but the cakes were very crumbly, and the scones were dry, chunky and hard. It was not that great, which would be fine but the price does not reflect the quality.

10/10This beautiful hotel was very classy, wonderful atmosphere fantastic food. Muhammed Gemma, Humaira were lovely. They took care of all my party everyone enjoyed there experience. Would definitely recommend it and will definitely return on our next visit to London. Thankyou all very much good bless

7.5/10The settings was nice but the quality of the tea was very disappointing. I ordered earl grey and my husband ordered dajeeling. We don’t even recognise our tea , it’s very industrial and low grade. Scones was on point , sandwiches alright but those sweet cakes were just dissatisfied very simple and store bought like. Service was not bad but definitely not top notch

10/10Scrumptious Afternoon Tea in beautiful surroundings with impeccable service. The finger sandwiches were generous. The scones with clotted cream and jam had the perfect crumb. We enjoyed the WICKED Afternoon Tea to celebrate October and were delighted by the innovative chocolate-pistachio bombe, lime cheesecake and lemon meringue tart. Thank you Mohammad, Gemma and Alejandra for your welcoming and attentive service.
