10/10We visited on Tuesday 26th November for Afternoon Tea to celebrate our friend's Baby Shower. The whole team at Terminus Kitchen & Bar were incredibly attentive, made us feel very welcome, and provided excellent service. The team were regularly checking up on us and even offered to take photos of our group, which was so lovely. We couldn't have had a better experience and it was a perfect relaxed venue for our celebration. Thank you!

9/10The staff, the restaurant manager, lovely guy, I think he is Albanian, he was wonderful. They didn't have name badges, so didn't get their names, but he was amazing and also a short waiter, he was very smiley and sweet and his service was amazing.

2/10The best worst service I have ever experienced in my life. Firstly didn’t have are booking registered. Waiter was clueless. Restaurant was very cold with no atmosphere. No one explained the what was entailed in the afternoon tea. Took 30 mins to food to arrive after asking for it 3 times. Tea was cold and champagne flat and warm: Staff useless. Would not recommend to anyone.

9.5/10Doesn't look promising from the outside, but inside it's really nice. Decor is neutral, but comfortable. Service was impeccable, nothing too much trouble! Not expecting alot at the price from a chain hotel, but we were very pleasantly surprised! - the sandwiches were tasty, the bread fresh and fillings good. - the scones were freshly baked and still warm, extremely tasty! - the cakes were amazing, really high quality. Recommended!

10/10Excellent afternoon tea experience. I've been to many, from luxurious to very simple afternoon teas, and this was lovely. Good value for money and fantastic service. I would definitely recommend The Hilton Hotel London Victoria (Terminus bar) for afternoon tea.

9.5/10Very happy to have had a last-minute afternoon tea here to celebrate my birthday. The staff were absolutely lovely, efficient, warm and friendly and super-accommodating, bringing extra scones and sandwiches upon request with a lovely attitude. The food was delicious. The scones were warm and fresh, and the sandwiches were also very fresh. Everything was super.

9.5/10We thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon tea here today. The sandwiches were fresh, scones delicious and little cakes plentiful - in fact we couldn't manage them all so the chef made up 'doggy bags' for us. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the surroundings quiet enough for us to catch up in comfort. All in all a very enjoyable experience and reasonably priced compared to many in Central London - we would happily recommend it.

7/10I suppose you get what you pay for. The finger sandwiches were edible, but nothing more.. the bread too thick and the fill lacking. Would have been nice to see a scone or crumpet in the mix. The sweets were adequate. Would have been nice to have a better variety of tea or perhaps an afternoon tea blend. All that was available was mint, breakfast, and Earl grey.

9.5/10I had been a few months before for afternoon tea, which was excellent and this time I decided to do lunch. It was a late lunch – 2:30 pm but it was delicious with each person in the party being able to find something that they wanted to eat and to enjoy it. We each had a starter, a main course and a dessert, with the bill being just £15 a head more than if we had had afternoon tea. It was a great choice and great location both travel wise and environmentally.

8/10Great afternoon tea right by Victoria train station and the theatres there. We had booked although they still seemed surprised to see us. However, the food was lovely. Thick sandwiches with warm scones followed by 3 slices of different cakes too. Plus we received unlimited tea to go with it. Would definitely go back if in the area.
