Charred smokey aubergine, rich and smooth, packed with yemini relish and tahini. Packed with coriander and mint with a hint of heat, finished with extra virgin olive oil and sumac.
Terre a tapas
Plumpling puttanesca polenta plumps
Crispy on the outside, soft and deliciously jam packed with thyme, rosemary and kombu bay on the inside. Nestled in a piquant and pokey puttanesca sauce loaded with capers, olives, roast pepper and a little chilli. Topped with toasted hazelnut basil pesto.
Sesame ginger dressed salad
Of carrot and khol rabi, served with a smooth, tangy edemame, wasabi and yuzu pesto. Finished with puffed rice wakame cracker shards, dusted with a hibiscus, amchur and nori salt.
Sticky korean fried cauliflower
Coated in a sweet and sour sesame, served with kimchi and umboshi chestnut puree, crispy kale.

So good we bake it twice, full on flavour and crammed with gruyere and Twinham Grange cheese, soaked in a gooey kirsch fondue sauce, stretchy and scattered with pickles, herb croutons and served along with a crispy roost slice.
Drop dead delicious sticky Korean fried cauliflower coated in sweet and sour sesame, served with onigiri rice, smooth umboshi chestnut puree, piquant pickled daikon, kimchi with a kick, crispy kale and a ginger jam.
Bao wow glazed stuffed buns
Scrumptious steamed buns stuffed to the gunnels with szechuan spring onion and ginger braised halloumi, glazed with black and white toasted sesame and white miso. Accompanied by kimchi chinese cabbage, lapsang souchong pickled watermelon, miso chilli sauce.
Soft buttermilk soaked halloumi, dipped in chip shop batter, served with vodka-spiked preserve plum tomatoes, bright fresh pea mint hash with pickled quails egg, sea salad tartar and chubby chips, finished with lemony yemeni relish.
