The service was impeccable, we felt we were treated like royalty by all members of staff. They were very attentive and did not delay with taking our order, aslo frequently checking if we needed anything. The food was cooked fresh and my steak which I asked to be cooked medium well was perfectly juicy (some places don't understand medium well). We will definitely return, best service we've experienced.

While the ambience and the food were as usual of top class - was a bit surprised that there were absolutely no anniversary acknowledgment/greetings from the management / members to us- inspite of the special occasion being mentioned in the booking. Not something expected from Taj brand.

2/10The service was awful: slow when we informed them this has to be fast as we had to take a flight, not welcoming, they made mistakes on our order, and when we asked when the dishes will arrive, they told us 'if you can't wait you can leave'. We left and will never come back to this. Awful experience and average salads.

9.5/10We sat at a table looking out at the courtyard which was lovely. My friend had the prawn curry and I had the chicken biryani. Both dishes were scrumptious and the service was great. We both look forward to coming here again many times.

+1I would say the food is not bad here (it's mostly Indian cuisine but with a bit of fusion, like with Thai, British, etc.). However, the service here is superb! Also, as this restaurant is inside an elegant hotel, the atmosphere is very high-class I feel.

7.5/10Food is very nice // this restaurant really need to work hard in the bottomless brunch I’ve been twice and they forget about you after your 1 st glass.. you continuously have to call a member of staff to top up.. they come back after about 20-30 minutes then again you have to call and then they say your 90 minutes is up.. they seem to busy and maybe need more staff. I had to complain to supervisor and then to manager who said come back tomorrow and have a drink on house. Explained do not live in London then he put my name on my receipt to show next time I come to have a drink but who’s going to know… very disappointed as this is a high quality hotel. Will I go back not sure as only the food was nice…I personally booked this and recommend it to my friends that I bought A long.

6.5/10The allergen information on the menu was incorrect. The waiter confirmed the dish was allergen free, but the dish contained all allergens and was served to my allergic family member. Additionally, we were not informed that we could access the brunch buffet when we arrived and only found out when asking around to other staff. The food was tasty.

Cute setting, and polite waiter. We ordered 5 dishes, my favourite was the crème brule and the chaat. Interesting fusion of British and Asian which made it stand out from the crowd. However it was definitely overpriced

7.5/10Great location and hotel is nice. However restaurant decor below standard. The restaurant was very cold. Menu options were very mixed. Our waitress was lovely and very attentive. However the other waiting staff mixed who served us eg. Offering mineral water and no tap water, just putting menus on table without explanation, not providing cocktail menu.

9/10Their double fish'n'chips has been a long-standing favourite, but I was disappointed that despite a price rise of £6 in under a year, the size has been reduced - only one portion of fries now (sweet potato removed), and smaller pieces of fish. Quality still good, and the creme brulee sweet with an Indian twist was wonderful. Not sure I'll be going out of my way to return though.

7/10Great food again - had 2 "small" plates which was enough for me! Salt & pepper squid was well-presented and delicious, and a bao bun was well-filled with lamb. House pinot noir was lovely, and reasonably priced. However I was uncomfortably squeezed into an alcove table, far away from the scenic dining area I'd always been seated in before, and after a long walk through there and across the courtyard to the toilet at the end of the meal, I really didn't want to sit down again! I'd asked for the bill beforehand, but it wasn't ready for several minutes while I sat waiting in the bar area. Otherwise the staff were pleasant and helpful (Milda stood out).

9/10The food was amazing, but everything took very long, however we didn’t really mind. The service staff seemed a little off about us booking through the fork. First they couldn’t find the reservation, then kept asking about our discount and just seemed put off by it all. The whole restaurant is stunning, especially outside and we really liked the tuna starter

9/10Incredible atmosphere, almost mystical with the low lighting, the rising temple-like arches and sparkling garden visible through the windows and skylights. We were served by Martin who was very attentive, polite and friendly. A great choice of restaurant for a romantic date night. The food was delicious!

The staff service is excellent, professional and responsive! All the food are nice with good value of money! We ordered the green curry, deep fried squid and chicken and risotto! The cuisine is the fusion type with European and Indian style. Love it

2/10We had booked a table at 11:00 pm after theatre on a family weekend in London. Arrived at the restaurant at 10:45 to be told kitchen had closed. Some serious miscommunication between the restaurant and The Fork. Very disappointing.

9/10So glad that the restaurant was located within the hotel complex meant I didn't have to worry going outside in the cold. Also the food was incredibly delicious to eat, the staff/waiter gave us useful suggestions for what to choose from the menu too.
