We were at the restaurant during the pre-theatre slot so it was very busy and noisy. The food was good but not worth the high prices. As a group of 4 friends who hadn't met up since before Covid, we were hoping for a leisurely catch-up but this was spoilt by the staff constantly pushing us to pay up and leave. Annoying and totally unnecessary as there wasn't a demand for our table and the restaurant was virtually empty by about 8pm.

service was almost too fast to be true , we were out in 40 minutes. food was okay, I think I was expecting a bit more . there was a mistake in the menu about an allergen in the satay prawn but I wish I was told when ordering rather than when they brought the food so I would have picked something else instead. lovely all female team!

Excellent food and staff! This is honestly my go to place every single time I go to the Coliseum... or need somewhere in the theatre district you know you will get consistently good and delicious food. The staff are friendly and professional and will offer helpful recommendations. Service is quick but this in no impacts the quality of the food. A favourite with any meal for my friend is the Coconut Rice - we have tried different variations in other restaurants, but Thai Pot does it with amazing flavour.

The food, the environment were nice but unfortunately the service from the maitre d' was aggressive with her needs for us to order, within 30 seconds of a guest joining the table she wanted to know what they wanted before they had even seen a menu. the fellow waitresses were also asking every minute and there seamed to be this pressure for us to order and get us out the door, yet they were only half full so I don't understand why the pressure! We were asked if we want dessert but not offered the dessert menu. when we asked for the bill the card machine was slammed down on the table in an aggressive manner. service not amusing at all! not sure if I'd go back.

Great food and professional staff! I love how the staff greet you at the door, seat you promptly and provide menus. The food and drink is served quickly and it’s hot and flavourful. This is one of my go to restaurants before the theatre. And good prices!
