4/10The food wasn’t fresh. The dim sum smelled very fishy, the papaya salad was tasteless. Our seabass main was watery and the curries were average. Poor presentation as well. On service, staff never checked in on us, had to keep calling them over. Standards have really dropped on this chain overall, but this restaurant was particularly bad. Could be a money pit if it was run right

4/10It was my second visit went for an express lunch. Service was quick, staff were attentive, restaurant wasn’t busy. I ordered a starter and chicken pad Thai. I got food very quickly. Maybe too quick that I found a piece of chicken was completely raw inside when cut up. By then I had already eaten most of the food, only because that piece of chicken was larger, required cutting and I left it to last. It was shown to the waitress, she apologised and took it away. They took £5 off the total bill which I couldn’t be bothered arguing as I was with a client. Afterward my stomach had been very uncomfortable. I think it’s quite a serious thing. So please check your meat dish if you decide to eat there.

9.5/10The meal and service were both excellent. Very attentive, friendly staff. The restaurant was very busy when we arrived. As the restaurant is open-plan, the background noise level to begin with was high. Despite this we will definitely be returning.

10/10If you like Thai then you will love the food at Thai Square. Now one of my favourite restaurants in London. My favourite dish Drunken Noodles, is on their main menu. Best served Thai hot plus IMHO, but some might not like it this spicy.

7.5/10I have been to this particular branch on a number of occasions because the food and service levels has always been good. On this occasion i felt very let down. We were tucked away in a corner and basically forgotten about. Each time we needed to order we had to go looking for someone to serve us! Staff need retraining in customer service and how to take care of them.

7.5/10Standard Thai and service was ok. A bit pricey for what it offers however we had a good team night out. The foord was perfectly good but nothing exceptional. What does wind me up is when they charge for crackers when that should be included in the meal. We all had starters and mains. The food bill with services came to about £31. With the wine, a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc it was £50 per head and that is half a bottle per person.
