5/10Starter arrived at same time as main courses and all were tepid, not hot. Top-up of tea was only offered at end of meal. Waitress apologised, said kitchen had been busy but she had mentioned it to chef and it wouldn't happen next time. Our previous visit had been fine but I'm afraid there won't be a "next time" after this visit.

8.5/10Lovely little Thai restaurant opposite The Novello Theatre. Friendly clean restaurant with great evening ambience. The only reason I didn't give it a full 5 stars was because we had to wait over 30 mins for our meal and there was only one other couple in there as it was just after opening. All said and done, the food was delicious and we would happily return.

4/10When I walk in felt really nice and welcoming. But when my friends arrived we wanted to order the walters were to busy service large group. There were only 3 waiters amongst doing everything seating, service and taking orders. The duck wrap which we order had to go back because it seemed it was days old and plus, wraps were cold. I was totally not impressed 😐

2/10Restaurant half full, 45 minutes waiting and still no menu. We left and had to find another place to eat. What on earth are you guys doing? We asked several times to be served but we were neglected and dismissed. Abysmal service. Never again.
