5/10We went on the night of 31st Dec. Obviously all restaurants are prepared for the rush hours. The food wasn’t upto the mark, the rice was so dry and felt like it was left uncovered for a long time, hence it had turned dry and hard. I have been there several times but this was not a great experience.

4/10We waited an hour for our order to be taken , the waitresses didn’t then give us the correct drinks , food was ok but not as good as previous visits and equally service was poor !

10/10Lovely restaurant in central Windsor. Beautifully decorated inside. Staff were helpful and attentive. Menu had plenty of choice and good descriptions of ingredients. Food was served quickly and was very hot. Presentation of dishes was very nice and the flavours excellent. Will definitely return here and would recommend this restaurant to others

5.5/10Food was ok. Staff were ok. Whole place was grubby. Table really sticky. Plate felt gritty. Outside space right by our table overgrown and in need of a good clean. Overall unimpressed. Took two Thai friends for lunch so needed to be good. Disappointed all round. Shame as building is great.

6.5/10Food arrived fast, but the starters sharing platter was very dry and overcooked, as was the crispy duck, which was no way a quarter of duck, a minuscule amount and also sparse on the ‘shrubbery’ of cucumber etc. Mains were better but it felt as if the staff were hurrying us along. We were done and dusted in a little over an hour.

4/10The food is acceptable. It is good to offer Thai style milk tea. However, the service is terrible. We are a group of 10 people. Not all of us ordered drink and asked for tap water. I felt they are unhappy. They provided dessert menu to us but we haven’t ordered. Then, they gave the bill to us immediately but we hadn’t asked for it!!! There is 1 hour and 30 min dinning time in the reservation. We just took 50 min for our dining time. Why can’t we enjoy the moment after dinner without ordering dessert? Moreover, I asked for taking out the discretionary service charge. He said they offered tap water to us and we should pay for it!! Actually, I have been this restaurant 7 years ago and would like to try again because I got a very good dinning experience in the past. Unfortunately, there is no good experience anymore and I won’t visit this restaurant in the future.

6.5/10Lovely restaurant however we weren’t over impressed with the food. Spring onions that came with the shredded duck, were very chewy. Both mains, pad see ew and masaman lamb curry were tasteless. When I mentioned the spring onions were chewy to the waitress she replied’ yes they are and laughed’.

5.5/10The location and interior were the best parts about this place, it was right next to the castle and the decor was really beautiful, although unfortunately the food wasn’t great. It came less than 5 minutes after we ordered it and was scolding hot, which is a clear sign that it had been microwaved. Thai food is my favourite and I have been to many similar restaurants in my time so I have a lot to compare to, but sadly the food let this place down.
