The service was ok. The food wasn't all that great. The phad thai stir-fried rice noodles wasn't nice but the chicken wings was nice.

9/10The food was really good! The space was decent but the music on a loop was a bit annoying, would have preferred silence (to be fair I could have asked, I am sure the very friendly stuff would have complied but not my style, I suffer and complain later). In any case I would definitely recommend.

6/10Good Food. The waiter serving us was attentive and provided good service so paid the service charge and hope he gets it. However the management has a ‘no tap water’ policy and today is the first time I have come across it in the UK. I thought it was a legal requirement to serve tap water if requested as it has never been refused before.

6.5/10The food was actually very good. But the waiter pacing up and down like a crazed dog and staring me out throughout almost the whole meal was quite off putting. We arrived just after 9. So wasn't as if we were very late to justify that type of behaviour.

3/10Not authentic at all. There is no Thai flavour in food, just packed with sugar and oil to taste. Meat dishes hardly contain any meat, big bowls served with gravy to brim. Not worth the money you spend, I’m afraid.

10/10Believe me that food was absolutely delicious and good portions and the service was great. We really really enjoyed our evening. I look forward to go back to try other dishes. Curry was fabulous. I’m an Asian and visited Thailand many times. It was just as good as in Bangkok.

2/10The service was alright, but they once turned off the lights which made it a bit dark for dining. The food was terrible. We ordered chicken pad Thai but they gave prawn pad Thai. This was the sweetest pad Thai I’ve ever had, really unpleasant. The staff suggested to save it with chilli source which was nice of them, but nothing could do the job. The fried rice with some pineapple in it was a bit greasy with loads and loads of onions. During the dining, there were some people moving furnitures around which was a bit annoying. Cash and bank transfer only, so no credit card payment. Overall, though the staff was generally nice, not a very good pleasant experience. Wouldn’t go again.

6.5/10The restaurant is a quaint little place. Decorated well, good atmosphere. The staff are super courteous and kind. The food on the other hand, was not as good. All the dishes we ordered were extremely sweet and seemed to be cooked from frozen/microwaved. Temperature was not as hot as expected while dining in. Also, for people wanting to Byob, would recommend to be prepared to pay £3.50pp as a corkage charge (which was something I wasn’t aware of before paying) - it’s written on the menu at the back though!

6/10The service is good staff were okay however the food is really disappointing. Everything tasted so sweet, the fish dish was smelling funny. As many comments mentioned, they didnt provide tape water which I never experienced in UK at all. . I am afraid I am not returning

Would highly recommend. Food was very good. Would recommend the chicken Thai green currry and the chicken traditional rice dish they do. The rice dish in particular is amazing.

5.5/10The food was good. The service reserved a lot of surprises and hidden fees. No card is accepted, no alcohol is served and you get charged if you BYOB, 10% mandatory service charge.

3.5/10Only cash, so we had to go to the atm aftter dinner. No alcohol, they said we could bring our own. My dish was yam woon sen, but had flavors of the larb gai and had little sauce. Price was okay tho!

6/10Food was fine but portions were small! Food was also not very authentic. They don’t serve tap water which we found very strange and when we ordered bottled water, they came in very small bottles. Ambience was also a little strange. We didn’t realise it was cash only when we booked but were we could bank transfer. When the bill came, we had a bizarre exchange with a a staff member who accused us of knowing it was cash only.

7/10Some of the dishes were delicious, but one was luke warm and one didn't specify seafood and she was vegetarian. Tap water wasn't an option which was very surprising and they only took cash cash which was irritating

10/10I had my birthday at the Thaispice restaurant and I can say it was the best birthday ever! The food was amazing as always and my guests really has fun witb the Saxophonists who played some nice music.
