What a fabulous find this was. Such a lovely cosy welcoming feel with a roaring fire and comfy chairs. The service was excellent, the staff welcoming and friendly and the food was delicious with the pudding one of the best I have ever had. Definitely recommend a visit ????

Very nice meal waitress was very nice and attentive. She was rushed off her feet but still managed a smile . I had the pork belly and a brownie for dessert it was delicious. My husband wanted the lamb but had none so he had the chicken which he said was nice . Well worth having a meal here

The food was amazing ... I had the soup of the day and was very pleased .. my wife loved the curry ... We will be returning ... Beautiful ambience as well ... What a great experience ????

The restaurant was lovely and staff very friendly but it seemed like an off night. We had to ask for the menu, drinks, to order food, to order dessert and had to ask to pay the bill. The food was also disappointing. The pork roast was all undercooked with basically boiled potatoes, hard parsnips and what should have been crackling was just a big lump of wet fat.
