Food was ok, service was very poor. Could improve a lot in the service as it wasn’t busy but it took ages for everything to be served.

The Bistro at `Mercedes World is a superb location - but the food was disappointing. Choice was disappointing with a disproportionate number of vegan. Choosing a burger was very much - the last resort! But it hadn’t been freshly cooked. They other cooker elements - likewise! The bacon fat was stark white - I.e never cooked! The waiting staff were ‘sweet’ so we didn’t complain - the chef needs some guidance!
