An excellent afternoon tea. It was a bit confusing to have reservations in the Brasserie with no signs directing us where to go, only to arrive and be told we were actually eating in the lobby, but it is a big hotel so some confusion is inevitable. We also had to wait 20+ minutes between getting our food and our pots of tea arriving. Aside from those minor niggles, the food was excellent and high quality, and I’d recommend people consider this as a convenient tea option!

Restaurant team were attentive and great. When ordering it would be favourable to inform guests first if something is out of stock rather then waiting for it to be delivered. Did note on restaurant booking it was a birthday celebration but not even a happy birthday from the team. Food was tasty bread sharer could have a little more attention, bread didn’t seem as fresh as it could be. Pate starter was amazing!
