5.5/10Really disappointed as loved Canary Wharf branch, Angel and London Bridge. Food average. Waiter really friendly. For a big restaurant shame they haven’t invested space in toilets instead of using the station ones which can have lengthy queues.

10/10The team seem really energised and friendly. I love the Breakfast Club and used to go to the Islington one for many years so it's nice to see it in one of my favourite stations! The loaded nachos were to die for too - that chicken!!

2/10The website and The Fork state that it is open from 0600, and your site has been offering tables since then. I luckily booked from 0700, but I had to ask if they were open at all, as it was not clear. I found another open side door and asked a staff member, who said they open at 0700 and not 0600, and the site was wrong. Not a great start..... Coffee was served, and the order was taken. I had to ask three times for table water, which was not great. Food arrived promptly, and after taking a few bites, we both realised it was just about warm and not piping hot as you would expect as the first order of the day! The server asked how our food was, and we said it was warm. He asked if we wanted it replaced, but we didn't have the time. I booked the Breakfast Club as I have eaten at their other locations many times over the years, but if this is the standard, I would rather not spend my £50+ and have a coffee and breakfast at the local cafe instead.

8/10The booking was easy and the restaurant was very busy on a Saturday morning. Service was good and timely, the food quality was OK and the quantity was good. We had the full English, but the many of the ingredients were not cooked fresh and were simply served from heated servers in the kitchen. It seemed that even the fried eggs had been prepared in advance (I used to be a short-order cook in the US). All around a good experience, but there is good competition from more than a dozen other breakfast outlets in St Pancras...

5/10Our group were looking forward to this but were left very disappointed. For a start a large proportion of the menu was unavailable. No explanation offered but we’re talking fairly standard breakfast items like Eggs Benedict. That meant half of our group unable to order their first choice. It happens but we should have been informed about this before we were seated. Service was incredibly slow. It took 35 mins for our order to arrive. Not a big an issue for us as we were in no rush but bearing in mind that this restaurant is located in an international train station it could have been a major issue. Waiting staff were non-attentive and it seemed like it was everyone’s first day. When it arrived the food was good which only adds to the disappointment

3.5/10Service was slow to greet us and deliver orders, with one of our party having to wait longer than everyone else to eat. There was also only enough cutlery for half our party and we couldn’t get anyone’s attention to get more. Also didn’t bring requested water and we couldn’t get attention to ask. The food was fine, pancakes were nice but everything else (in the All-American) was too salty. The drinks were nice. Strange to not have toilets in-unit.

6.5/10The service was very friendly, but a little chaotic, and it looked like there was a dispute while we were there (we think someone was mistakenly accused of not paying). The food was tasty, albeit salty and not all that fresh. One side order of hash browns was forgotten.

5/10Been in the Breakfast Club in Southwark in London and it was professionally run and everything was lovely.This one was nothing like,my daughters pancakes arrived a long time before everybody elses breakfast did.We placed our drinks order and we didnt receive our mocha,after letting someone know we waited another 30 minutes at which stage it was too late and my wife no longer wanted it as we had nearly finished our breakfasts by then,my sons bacon was rock hard and my fruit and oat breakfast Sundae while healthy and nice was very small for an adult.Think someone management wise needs to be paying this Breakfast Club at St Pancras a visit and monitoring it or send the team here to watch the busy one we visited at Southwark/London Bridge because the service was like night and day.Enjoyed our first visit as a family to the Breakfast Club in Southwark which was very busy but so so much better than the St Pancras branch.Would we eat at Breakfast Club again,not on this experience.

2/10Messaged beforehand to say we had gluten intolerant guest coming. Upon arrival was ignored for 20 minutes. When we finally got someone's attention we were told they had no options for gluten free dining. When querying this given I had messaged beforehand and had previously dined at Breakfast Club restaurants who were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and flexible, I had the manager come over and tell us they had nothing for us. By a million miles the rudest experience I've had in a restaurant, no attempt to help or compassion or even apology that we had come out of our way only to be stonewalled. Wish I had a video of the experience as we were treated so rudely. Left and went to Caravan round the corner who could not have been nicer and more helpful.

6.5/10It's a very nice looking place with friendly staff and good food, let down a little by a few things. Maybe staff inexperience, but a second bottle of rosé wine was not chilled at all when it arrived. Instead of changing it, our offering something else, it was taken away to be chilled (which normally takes a very long time) leaving us with nothing to drink in the meantime. The seats in the booths are comfy but the tables are quite small. I had the "Winner, winner, chicken dinner", which was tasty, with very nice crispy chicken but not a particularly big portion. Twice the amount of fries would have helped.

10/10I loved it. Staff were great. Service was wonderful. We were greeted with a smile. They even accommodated our requests for some vegan replacements to make our meal halal. They even put our food on priority so we don't miss our train or have to eat it in takeaway boxes in the train. Lovely branch, would definitely come back to it.

6/10Food was good and the waiter who showed us to our table was very friendly. However, it took an eternity for our food to arrive and we got the wrong sandwich (we were a bit pressed for time because we had a train to catch). I had already finished my meal when they finally brought the right sandwich for my daughter (over an hour after we first placed our order). But this time they forgot the sides. Mistakes are human - no big deal - but an apology would have been nice. Not being able to eat at the same time was quite disappointing. Also - be aware that they don't have toilets in the restaurant. You have to use the public toilets in St. Pancras and there was a loooong line.
