Restaurant was clean and nicely laid out. Menu was varied but a bit overpriced. I had a caesar salad which was mainly lettuce and not much chicken.

The Bridge is a great feature at ExCel. The food is also good. It's a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of a tradeshow and get a few minutes off your feet. However, the service is awful! My best advice is to order everything immediately as the waitstaff will only visit your table once (unless you hunt them down). Also, if you make any special requests to your order, even the tiniest of changes, the kitchen will NOT get it right and the waitstaff will NOT double check it before bringing it to you. It is highly recommended that you bring your patience with you when dining here. Finally, it is not a fast service restaurant. You'd think it'd offer fast turn-around service considering it's in the middle of a convention center, but they haven't grasped that concept yet.
