4.5/10Food was poor, kids burger with stale bread, pie overcooked and dishes not as advertised on menu with elements substituted without any discussion, food service extremely slow, table service extremely slow. Overall experience very poor, this was a one off as we were in the area but not recommended.

10/10I’ve been to The Bull’s Head at Shenstone twice this week with different friends and each time everything from entering the building, to eating a superb meal was excellent! Staff were more than helpful so yes a great place to eat!

10/10We had fabulous waitress called Natalia who was an absolute delight and much fun. She made our evening very enjoyable. The food and service was great and we even got a heater supplied as we were in a cold corner.

10/10Katie our waitress was so nice, friendly and knew we would have good banter and service. She was lovely. Our only complaint was the food was really slow booking was 7.30, main meal came out at 8.45. But the food was nice.

7.5/10The Bulls Head is an interesting and well maintained place with attentive staff and good menu. My only problem is that it somehow feels rather lacking in character and atmosphere. I do understand that an ex roadhouse is never going to have the charm of a village pub but feel that it might benefit from fewer efforts to be stylish and more efforts to have character. Food was fine.

10/10Lovely staff and food! We popped in for an ice coffee earlier in the day and late lunch later on and both times were really well looked after! Lovely village pub!

10/10What a delightful and welcoming pub restaurant! The food was excellent, beautifully cooked and served, the pink prosecco with strawberries was delicious and the service was warm and attentive! We had an excellent lunch

10/10This is our first visit since the lifting of lockdown, we were very happy with all the measures they had put I place. The staff were all very welcoming and the food and service was excellent. We will be going back soon.
