The diversity and quality of the afternoon tea offerings was fantastic. Everything was delicious! Our host, Emma, was incredibly friendly and attentive; she really made the experience a total pleasure. Well worth the price and I’d highly recommend it!

The food was excellent, never expected something so nice in an afternoon tea, specially with food alergies (egg and milk). Also the service was incredible, the lady that attended us (sadly I dont know her name) was very nice and helpful, she explained in details all the content to us.

The Christmas afternoon tea was amazing, lovely and fresh. Luke was very attentive and really warm and friendly and really looked after us. The only thing I would suggest to enhance the experience is to make the inside of the cafe more Christmassy and cozy! All being said we had a lovely time visiting the palace and then the tea was a lovely way to end the visit so thank you.

Ambience and service were excellent the food was very tasty and generous . the savouries were the star of the show and dietary requirements were catered to with no fuss . one thing I would say is we were offered a refill of coffee which we enjoyed but were surprised it was added to the bill. in my experience a refill is not added as an additional charge .

I booked this for my Grandma and her friend and wanted to pay in advance. The manager I dealt with in order to do this was extremely helpful. My grandma and her friend really enjoyed their afternoon tea, plenty of lovely savoury food and tasty treats. They were very taken by the waitress who served them too, said she was very attentive and kind. Thank you
