8/10The Cinnamon Club occupies Westminster's former library with the confidence of a club that knows exactly how much it can charge for naan. Staff move with precision, materialising only when water needs refilling. Plates arrive looking like architectural renderings, but what's missing is actual culinary excitement—a decline so noticeable one wonders if the chef traded inspiration for a mortgage rate. The bill arrives with metropolitan swagger, positioning itself alongside innovators while serving food as thrilling as a parliamentary debate happening just down the road.

10/10A request was made for a quiet table, and drinks to brought to the table as we were seated. Both requests were fulfilled. The staff, ladies greeting at reception to being shown to or seats and through out the dinner, they were all attentive and superb in their service. We were allowed to relax and enjoy eating drinking at our own pace. It is not the first time I have been there, though it has been awhile and pleased to see that the standards across the board have not dropped.

7.5/10The food was delicious and the service was great but then waned towards the end of the meal which was a real shame. Sommelier almost couldn’t be bothered to say anything for the last 2 courses of the tasting menu with wine paring!

6/10While the food was excellent and the rest of the staff were kind, helpful, and attentive, our experience was unfortunately marred by the sommelier’s attitude. His passive-aggressive comments and demeanor felt unnecessarily curt and detracted from what could have been a wonderful evening. It’s a shame, as the rest of the team created such a welcoming atmosphere.

10/10It was as usual very good. However, I felt a bit rushed. For some reason although I didn’t feel it to be late for a Friday night, I felt rushed to pay the bill. A bit sad since I waited for 3 years to return and dine on this amazing place. Hope for a bit more relax experience next time.

10/10taster menu plus wine pairing absolutely memorable. I took my brother, sister-in-law & niece from Brussels on 28th dec 2024. The flavours were exquisite & I recommend this luxury to any foodie! I shall be back. Even if only for a meal. The service was knowledgeable & matched the wines beautifully. Thank you Cinnamon Club.Amazing setting too.

10/10We met friends for lunch before Christmas and enjoyed a delicious leisurely lunch. The set menu is excellent value and there is a good range of wine to suit all budgets. Although the restaurant doesn't accept new bookings between 14:30 and 17:30 while they reset table between lunch and dinner, we did not feel hurried to finish and resetting tables was discrete. Beautiful surroundings in the old library - a real hidden gem.

+1Sensational from beginning to end. Cannot fault anything! All of the food blows your mind away. Highly recommend the prawn main dish and saag with kadhi reduction. Delicious succulent and like no other prawns! Was an honour to meet Chef Vivek Singh. My son will certainly be trying some of his recipes! Thank you for a wonderful birthday dinner for my husband.

Awesome food, excellent service, ambience average but quite noisy. There were 3 of us dining but we were politely refused a 4th chair to keep handbags & windbreaker. Otherwise all else was good.

5.5/10It’s a lovely space, and our waitress was kind and attentive (unlike the sommelier, who looked like she’d rather be anywhere else on earth). But the food was perfunctory - the quality has dropped sadly over time (it used to be genuinely innovative) - and the ‘wine pairing’ was an arbitrary selection from the wines-by-the-glass list, selected for price, not connection with the food. The ‘ambience’ is truly appalling: if you want to sit next to tables of obnoxious rich people getting drunk loudly and consciously intruding on their neighbours, this is the place for you. It’s a real pity, because if you wind back seven or eight years it was all very different. Now the place just wants your money. Avoid.
