10/10the staff were very welcoming and explained how the menu worked . tapas style . the Hopper was recommended (a thin pancake filled with tomato spicy caramelised onion chutney and an egg. ) all to be rolled together. and enjoyed. we had a mix of dishes which we all shared. I enjoyed the fish curry being very tasteful not hot . my friend who is gluten free and vegetarian was well catered for. the vegetarian rice was a meal in itself we were very full and managed to share a panacotta which was a nice finish to the meal . passion fruit mocktail was very refreshing. we would definitely return

10/10The fantastic food wonderful service and the food is possibly the best in Bournemouth. So many delicious tastes. I’ve now been five times and it has been great each time. I can’t recommend this restaurant highly enough enough. Can’t wait til next time. Thankyou

We had a fantastic meal at the Coconut Tree in Bournemouth. The food was delicious and portions more generous than we expected. The mango curry and prawns were especially good. Staff were also really friendly and helpful

9.5/10The food looked great, was well prepared and tasted delicious. The decor is spot on and there's a lovely atmosphere in the restaurant all night. We arrived at 5pm and were the first customers. Even on our own we were having a great time. By the time we left at about 7:30pm the place was really busy and the groups were so varied. There were families, there were groups of friends, there were date-nights. We loved it and we'll definitely be back

9.5/10We were meeting with a friend after a long time. The menu caters well for a vegetarian diet. The food is flavoured well is very tasty. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be coming back and will also recommend the restaurant.

6/10Decided to try this restaurant during a mini break. Nice restaurant friendly staff, nice food. Quite shocked on my travel to the toilets to see the state of the hallways passing the kitchen. Just didn’t look clean or tidy. Had I used the toilets before our meal I wouldn’t have stayed for a meal.

4.5/10Too much food! Ordered and was told not enough so ordered one more dish and was far too much. Enough for double the number of people and expensive too. Slow service when ready for second drink.
