We waited for an hour and a half for our food order. Chased the staff in a few occasions but they didn’t seem bothered. We had Artisan bread between 3 of us and when we cancelled the food order due to the amount of time they still charged us for the drinks and no apology. I would recommend anyone to avoid eating here. The decor was also grubby as were the toilets,

This was a little disappointing? The table we were offered was right by the front door, it was freezing ?? The door man and bouncer was lovely but the place was rammed so no where else to sit . Food service was good considering how busy it was, I had the pork belly which was delicious but the wife had a pasta dish which was bland and watery. Had to eat the meal with our coats on it was that cold.

Booked a tablet for 12.45pm for 4. Arrived on time only to be told the booking was for 2.30pm. The server was out of order insisting that the booking was for 2.30pm even after showing him the booking confirmation. Will definitely not be returning. No apology just insistent I was in the wrong

Unfortunately I cannot recommend after my experience. Previous visits have been great however this time I felt the service was not as good as previous. We were hosting guests too so this was not a great experience for us. This was pre booked therefore they knew we were coming therefore I'd have expected a better service. We were welcomed by the starters that were not available x2. It was not until the starters were provided to us that we then told 3 of main meals were not available that we had already ordered. Slightly embarrassed as our guests had ordered these. There were several dishes that were not available as well as side dishes. We were told they were a chef down and also that the 'new system's was not working which meant our mains had gone to another table meaning we had to re order. Having visited previously and had excellent service, I am somewhat disappointed with the numerous issues we experienced. I appreciate things do go wrong but in this instance something provided as a goodwill as we had chosen this restaurant would have been appreciated.
