10/10We travel to London from Paris every now and then. The first thing we do on the first day is we go to Rice and Duck. Been there three times already. Unforgettable for food quality, originality, ambiance and taste. Highly recommended. You need to book in advance especially on weekends.

4.5/10Prawn Wasabi was not tasty. Egg fried rice did not have much egg in it & was very oily. Accessing the toilets was not easy as two floors down.

10/10Cool, buzzy vibe with friendly service and excellent food. The duck and rice was absolutely delicious—moist and full of flavour. Recommend getting the half duck if more than one of you want to order it as they debone and slice it for you. Loved the scallop and prawn shao mai too!

7/10Had a meal at Duck and Rice last weekend. Gave an average score as quite expensive and not reflective of the portion sizes. Service as quite good with waiter being prompt. Felt like it was a English pub serving Chinese would have preferred more of a traditional Chinese feel to it. Overall is was average let down by lack of wow factor

8/10This is a good restaurant on any level. The food is way better than most Chinese restaurants, the staff work hard to make you feel at home and there's a pleasant atmosphere. The downsides? It's noisy, the result of low ceilings. They also called me at 6:29 for a 6:30 booking to say the table would be lost in 15 minutes. Slightly over the top, but we enjoyed our time here

8/10This is a handy, Soho based Chinese restaurant with delicious food, great atmosphere and decor. It is very busy, so service can be a little bit hit and miss. The staff are all lovely, friendly and polite, it is just the timing that is bit off. My main course and shared rice arrived, it was a few minutes before my companions food arrived, so the rice and my dish were cooling. There was also a delay in paying the bill. I think if you were pushed for time you could tell them and they would make sure you were served quickly, for as I say the staff are lovely, just busy! I would highly recommend Venison Puffs and chicken with cashew nuts. Drinks are quite expensive- the cheapest bottle of wine £32 and cocktails/ G&T around £14.

8/10We went here for Chines New Year so really busy , staff were attentive and really accommodating. Food was good although portion size for the price is a bit small. Everything was tasty and as a group of 7 we really enjoyed our evening. Our waitress Hannah was super.

6/10We really enjoyed the food, it was delicious, however the service was really poor, dim sum did t arrive, dessert order wasn’t taken and then we were rushed to get out. We go to Duck and Rice often, this was by far the worst service.

10/10Everything about this restaurant is terrific_ food, service, ambience, vibe. Peach and rose gin & tonic is fantastic and perfect with the food. Definitely some very talented mixologist in the house. Stop reading and GO!

5/10Not the best of evenings, main courses being put on table while still eating starters.when yhey cam back noodles were luke warm.felt rushed all night.been several times but will not return, not as good as it was and for the miney poor value.

8.5/10The ambiance was good, but the servixe was slow. We thought that the roast duck was forgotten because we had finished all of our food already. When we did get the duck, it was cold. I think the waiter forgot about it. He didn't seem to know much about the menu. Also the dim sum dishes were not as good as the Chinatown dim sum.
