5.5/10It was quiet, (a Friday night), but that was OK because we wanted to have a good talk. The food was average and menu wasnt appealing. Waitress was attentive.

6.5/10Menu choices for breakfast weren't as extensive as I'd hoped. There weren't many waiting staff on duty so service was a little slow, but those who were at work were friendly, helpful and unintrusive.

5/10Whilst you were greeted you were not necessarily welcomed. The service was poor - had to find a server to order drinks and food. The portions was ok but leaning towards small. After a period of server absence I had to go to the bar to ask if if I may settle the bill.

5/10The location is extremely convenient for anyone in the insurance/insurance adjacent businesses however the quality of the food was not at a level that would warrant the pricing and location. approximately £20 a main (not the steak) and very average food. The pie was watery and didn't have any crust just a filo top. I would not be in the market to revisit when better establishments exist in the area.

10/10One of the few restaurants that is open early for Breakfast. I've eaten here numerous times and continue to be impressed with the Service from the friendly staff and the quality of food.

8/10We met with friends to catch up on a Wednesday evening for dinner. We had been to the Factory House before and chose to go there again for the nice food, great service and quiet atmosphere where we could talk. The place was almost empty but they have introduced some game by the bar where a group of work mates was making A LOT of noise. The loud shouting was so bad we could barely hear each other across the table. We talked to the staff who were kind enough to move us to a table in the private area (where another game set was placed). We enjoyed the food and drinks, but if these games will be a permanent feature of the restaurant, we will have to find another place to catch up over dinner.

4.5/10Food was tasteless (all 3 meals ordered), service was slow and no gluten free bread which is a staple in most places offering breakfast. Coffee is also disappointing. Would not recommend
