    My reservation was cancelled before I arrived. I could not possibly confirm my reservation as I have already on a plane from California. Fortunately the restaurant was able to accommodate but the app should not have automatically cancelled my reservation which I booked months in advance and checked in numerous times to make sure that it was still current and in fact calling the hotel restaurant 3 times to confirm. Very disappointing app which I will not be using in future

    Our table was booked for 5 a week before arrival, and confirmed on the day, but not ready on our arrival, to a less than 1/2 occupied restaurant which set the scene on poor service throughout our visit. Having the waiter wanting to take a food order before offering us drinks first. Once drink orders brought to the table, one was reported incorrect due to the drink being made with lemonade rather than soda water. The individual left the table and took her drink to the bar herself to highlight the potential error which was remade with Soda water and confirmed it had been made incorrectly Once our meal was ordered, we had to wait over an hour for it to be brought to the table. One of the meals was Luke warm and had salad on the plate, when a request was made not to have any. Concerns of the general poor service was raised to the Restaurant Manager who offered to remove the service charge which we had no intention of paying and subsequently offered a further 20% off our bill. Very poor!

    Probably the worst chicken burger I’ve ever eaten. Not what I expect from a Hilton hotel. What can you do to improve…. Cook the food fresh or get another chef

    Slow inattentive service, I had to walk from my table to physically ask a waiter to take our order. The food was mediocre at best. Would never eat there by choice, only if staying in the hotel, and even then, next time, might get a cab to somewhere else. Shame.

    Service was fantastic. Choice of food on menu good. Value for money considering location excellent. Would definitely go back. Only down side was people walking through restaurant are a to get to buffet who were quite indignant when asked to sit in the area located for the buffet. Better signage may help with this. Otherwise fantastic

    The beef burger is verr dry. looks like it has been reheated few times Chicken burger is also difficult to swallow , it is very hard.

    Lovely restaurant. Great choice. Food delicious and staff very attentive and helpful. Only small criticism was that whilst nice for the ambience the lightening was a little too dark Other than that small point highly recommend

    Overall the food and service were wonderful. For a restaurant in the hotel we were pleased with the meal and enjoyed the downtime after a day of travel. The atmosphere was comfortable and the staff did not hover or make us feel rushed. The only star they lose is on price, the food was good but in excess of £20 for a burger is a bit high. The prices could be a bit more reasonable for what you get.

    The service was excellent, our server Aaron really looked after us. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. They even went above and beyond and sang happy Birthday to my husband and gave him a free cake.

    Decent food, nothing amazing. My husband’s curry wasn’t great not bad, just not ok but the chicken I had was nice. Our server was sweet but it was very slow to get the bill - we asked different waiters/waitresses multiple times. It does the job for dinner in an airport hotel but you wouldn’t plan a meal there otherwise.

    The food was ok, We had paid for a set menu ( up front ) but charged full price. When we queried it, we were told they didn’t know we had paid for a set menu ? We were happy to pay for the extras, it was crossed wires between the reception and restaurant. But we ended up paying the extra on top! The management weren’t very helpful. Food was average.

    I had a really early booking at 5.30pm. The was one other person in the restaurant but I had to wait for quite a while to be seated ad there was no one in sight. Food was fine but took over 1/2 hour to arrive, by which time there were 5 of us in the restaurant. Staff were friendly.

    Food was much better than anticipated based on some recent reviews. I had the squid followed by the cheese burger which I found to be pretty good. Service was a bit on the slow side. All in all thought not bad.

    Surprisingly, the restaurant was only around half full. Whilst the food was ok, for the price it was nothing to shout about. Do check your bill though - it is something we always do. They tried to charge for an additional bottle of wine and put it down to a systems glitch! If you are staying at the hotel and want to eat then you are a captive audience.

    Bitterly disappointed. Had been waiting for ages to celebrate an anniversary. No mention. Restaurant temperature awful. Food tepid to cold. Replaced fries Food missing from order, Time taken to deliver meals ridiculous. Understaffed. Difficulty in communicating with some staff Restaurant needs rescuing.

    The service was slow, the lady who greeted us wasn't the friendliest. We had to ask about three times for water and when it was brought over it had a chemical taste like TCP so we had to order a mineral water. We had a bit of an issue making ourselves understood by the waiter. The food was nice but the service definitely lacking.

    Food was pricey. Calamari starter was ok although presentation was a bit lacking. Rogan Josh was poor; meat was tough and the ‘Indian bread’ was like pitta bread. No chutney or condiments. Very disappointing. Service was friendly but a bit slow.
