6/10Food was mediocre for the price, went there for the tomahawk and reserved but but then was told they didn’t have any left. Was left felt ignored during the service as well with staff having open inappropriate conversations

10/10Me and my husband always love coming here, promotion or not. We are always greeted warmly and sat straight away. The tables are arranged in a very social way but non intrusive on the other guests and the chairs are super comfy. I always order the baby chicken as it’s halal (some of the steaks are too) and it never disappoints me, the gravy is a great compliment. We will keep coming back

10/10Lovely staff. Very welcoming and pleasant. Me and my friend popped in for a quick lunch had some oysters and small plates. Food was really good. We were well looked after! ♥️

3/10Luckily this was booked on a fork promotion, I would not of wanted to pay full price. The service was terrible and the staff were extremely rude. When the food finally did arrive it was cold and undercooked. Not what you would expect from Harrods. Finally, when our server asked if we enjoyed our food, I explained and no apology was forthcoming, just further rudeness.

8.5/10service was spot on, the food was really good quality, however, there was a bit too much fat in the steak cut we got, but I guess that depends on the cut by chance rather then an external factor that can be moderate. overall it was a happy experience and we enjoyed the meal!

2/10Food was average. I booked through The Fork app which had 50% off the bill. I definitely wouldn’t have paid full price for the food - it wasn’t even good enough at 50% off. Staff were inattentive and I had to wave them over anytime I needed something. There are not that many tables, so I couldn’t understand the slow and unaware service. I live in London but won’t be returning to The Grill. It’s obviously aimed at tourists shopping at Harrods - there’s no other way they would get away with average food and drinks at that price.

7/10You’re paying top dollar because you’re in Harrod’s. Two steaks, 2 Cesar salads, one glass wine, 2 soft drinks and a bottle of water almost $275 USD. It was ok, but nothing special. There’s other options in the city that serve delicious steaks at a more wallet friendly price.

10/10We were really happy about everything. The service is exceptional! My daughter said it's the best stake she's ever had. And trust me, that says something! We also had live music on Friday night and the ambience was very vibrant, it was excellent!

10/10Lovely place to eat after a shopping spree. Menu is limited but the food tastes good. Food was of great quality was delicious. Really lovely service and live music added to the ambiance. Had high chairs for my children and kept checking in to see if we were ok.

6/10The prices on the menu on fork were incorrect, where it says £45 for a flat iron steak for two people including two sides etc, it is actually £45 for a steak alone. I wouldn’t have booked a table knowing how expensive the place was as I am a student. We ended up spending £60 more than anticipated.
