8.5/10Good food and superb presentation but roast potatoes were not hot and we would have expected different gravies for chicken and beef surely? Other than that food and staff were amazing and we were very pleasantly surprised and impressed with the extras we were given. Very nice afternoon Thankyou so much !

10/10What an amazing experience. Service was one of the best i’ve had in my life. Food was amazing, especially the scallops. They make you feel very comfortable and are always attentive to details. Definitely going back.

+3Superb. On arrival our reservation was confirmed without sharing a word, and we were greeted by name. A handwritten card was placed on our table and attentive staff ensured we were comfortably seated. We had the three course tasting menu with some nibbles from the a la carte menu. The food was superb, to the highest standard of cooking and quality. We can’t forget the tour of the famous Dorchester kitchens to finish a fantastic lunch. To the entire Dorchester team thank you for a memorable experience.

10/10What a memorable experience for all the right reasons. From the greeting to the farewell, the service exceeded expectations. The food was incredible. The tour of the kitchen, wine cellar and meeting Tom was a brilliant bonus. Could not recommend highly enough. Cannot wait to return.

8.5/10My husband and I both had the set lunch which was good value. We chose different starters and desserts so we could taste each others. The food was good but the green sauce with the trout was too similar to the sauce with the mussels to be on the same menu. The desserts were both excellent. We liked the wine by carafe as a bottle is too much for us at lunch time. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Great ambience, welcoming and excellent service with personal attention. Food is delectable, high quality, mouthwatering and cooked to perfection. Presentation is second to none too. Thoroughly enjoyed being here that made our anniversary special and memorable.

Splendid! We enjoyed the $35 preset lunch menu (3 courses). We added a glass of wine & coffee - we both enjoy the salad. We each tried a main (cod and chicken pie) & each tried a dessert (strawberry trifle and caramel soft serve). All was delicious-definitely recommend & would want to go again!

Went for my mums 79th birthday and could not fault it from start to finish! Storing luggage, polite, friendly staff who were accommodating and attentive without being pushy. Food and drinks were excellent, great ambience and buzz! Would recommend for a special occasion! We will return!

+1The food was out of this world, Tom and his team are serving up some fantastic dishes. Service from the front of house team was second to none, Mattia made sure we wanted for nothing and made sure this was a birthday meal I wouldn’t forget. Thank you very much to all of the staff.

10/10What a treat from Tom Brooton. What appeared as a simple menu was made to be very special by this magician of a chef. Wonderful grand amuse bouche, which we joked that we did not need the lunch menu! Fabulouse bougogne from Laflaive completed the meal experience! Highly recomended!

9.5/10an opulent room with an impressive ceiling creates a sense of drama for the food experience. very nice and as you would expect. we will come for our next treat. just one comment that no fuss was made over my guest for his birthday which was odd when the question is posed in the request for booking.

8.5/10The restaurant was good and the food was lovely however the steak was very small for the price. We have been to many restaurants and £70 for a steak you would imagine it being a normal size portion in a “grill” restaurant. The waitress was lovely and the setting was enjoyable but should work on portion size for the mains!

7.5/10The interior is well appointed. The food is of good quality but pricy. The acoustic is horrible, the restaurant is very loud. Music from the lobby mixes with that from the restaurant itself, which is disturbing.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was well presented, from the appetiser to the main course. I missed out on dessert because the staff took too long to take our order. We couldn't see the hotel's beauty that day because it was being renovated. Aside from that, everything was excellent, and the ambiance was lovely.

7/10The service was fabulous. The food was all rather too rich and heavy for all of us. But of a good quality. Our very expensive steak wasn’t cooked as requested medium rare though, and was very over seasoned.

We had an amazing evening. The place is beautiful, all the courses were exquisite, and the service top notch. Even though we booked through this offer, we had an over the top experience, and the same level of service and care as the other clients. I can't recommend this place enough and I hope I will have the opportunity to come back.

10/10Food is amazing . I had the rack of lamb which was perfectly cooked ,and the sides were very tasty. The service was spot on , and always with a smile , considering it was New Year’s Day as well . I must mention the cocktails ... incredible .
