10/10Such a friendly & welcoming pub. We were made to feel so welcome when we arrived, service was excellent and attentive. Food is incredible. We will definitely be back!

9/10Great service, very attentive. Food was good with plenty of variety of veg. Only criticism is the crispy strips weren’t pleasant to eat and went soggy in the gravy. I didn’t think the cauliflower cheese sauce was home made as it didn’t have much flavour. The choice of deserts was very limited. The sticky toffee was very grainy and not nice to eat. I wasn’t the only one who didn’t eat it. As it’s a heavy desert, single cream should be an option. Definitely not cold custard. Custard should be served hot. If you offer a veggie/vegan main you should have a vegan option for desert. Apart from that, and my comments are very minor, we really did have a lovely time. Could not fault the staff, cosy atmosphere and the pianist. Thank you
