4/10I had the Camembert bites for starter for £5.95. Two extremely tiny pieces of breaded cheese on a dinner plate. No salad with it just a sprig of cress. At that price I would have expected them to be larger or more than two bites. The roast turkey dinner had two burnt like bullets roast potatoes and hard carrots. Not a nice lunch at all for the prices that they charge.

7/10We enjoyed our dinner but there were lots of dishes unavailable. Our starter of Squid was delicious but the main course of kedgeree fish cakes left a little to be desired. They were overcooked and the poached egg wasn’t soft as it should have been. The broccoli was hard. The mini crème brûlée was delicious though and my husband’s ice cream was good too.

6/10New chef who threw a large spring onion on top of my meal, roots and all. I had to prepare it before it was edible.. The 'dauphinoise' potato was 2 spoonfuls so I asked for a proper portion (the serving staff are fab) I asked for a dessert with cream but the cream was such an inadequate portion (one spoonful) I had to leave half my tart because it was too dry. New chef is skimping on portions, no value for money, what a shame.

6/10It’s not our first visit and never had complaints before, but today my wife’s starter had a hard bit of plastic in it and an another bit of plastic. The main course of a burger, the chips were lukewarm, the onion rings cold and the actual burger looked like it had been heated in a microwave, it was very dry, we do like it there but we were very disappointed today.

10/10Another visit to this lovely country pub at a less busier time of day than normal ( 12 to 3 ) Friday. Never disappointed with either Food or Service and the relaxing feel of the place which was complemented by our Server Teide. A very pleasant young lady who was welcoming, Attentive and Efficient. We will be back very soon and Thank you.

5.5/10Being a regular to this establishment over many years. I do have to say the food can be hit or miss. This time sadly a 'miss' again. The food was so cold, and the restaurant freezing. Also the vegetables and potatoes were undercooked and rock hard. When you charge a premium, you expect better. We received less than average. Very disappointed again...

8.5/10Was lovely to eat out at our local once again. We were offered a warm welcome and pub interior was cosy and inviting with the fires lit. There isn’t an extensive meal choice but what we had was very good. Staff very friendly and service was prompt. Will definitely return

9/10Pour first time at the Harow for many years and, whew, what an improvement. We gave up going there because the food was so terrible. Its pretty good now but the menu is an abridged version of other Vintage places we've been to and we miss some of the dishes. What we did have was perfectly acceptable, the ambience was good and the service prompt, efficient and friendly.

10/10Visited on a Monday lunch for two . Very clean premises definitely better than last visit . Food great we had fish and chips and a pizza and the staff were very friendly and efficient. This place has improved significantly since my last visit so will return soon. I asked them to surprise me with two gins and they did and they made great choices. Lunch was about £45.00 for two so good value for money

6.5/10Understand that due to the pandemic the menu is limited. However all the more reason to ensure you have enough of the ingredients on the limited menu to last all week. They did not have almost everything we asked for tonight. We were told no turkey left - it would have been easier to say actually this is what you can have - we have nothing else. Very disappointed. The food was ok but not outstanding. Felt sorry for the waitresses.

10/10We had a lovely family meal here this afternoon. Our first get together since we came out of lockdown. We all had an excellent meal. As always the food and the service from our lovely waitress was perfect. We were fortunate the weather was on our side and sat outside to eat. I don't think we could fault the service and we will be returning very soon. Thank you all for all your hard work that made this such a lovely day.
