10/10This was my first visit to the Indian Streatery but it wont be the last. The food was lovely, really tasty and fresh & the meat in the dishes was tender and full of flavour, to be honest, all of the options we chose were spot on. The staff were super attentive and the service was quick. I had a cocktail which was really good, my friend had a fruity cider and there were plenty of drinks options. Overall, I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be back to try some of the other dishes.

4/10Disappointed with quality of food. Starters turned up with main course except for 1 main dish that came when we had nearly finished. Also expensive £77 for 2 people with no alcohol. Would not recommend when there is so much choice in Birmingham

2.5/10Terrible service, food average and overall experience was really poor. Waited a long time for dishes (over 50 mins), curries bought out, 15 minutes later, still no rice or bread to accompany them. My wife waited over an hour for a cold starter, and I had to ask 3 times for her curry dish, only to be told ‘well the chef has said it’s been sent out’, the issue was it wasn’t to our table and no-one there seemed to have any customer care or experience. Eventually came, bread and rice were now cold and so fresh bread came out, very greasy and obviously rushed. There are at least 20 better curry places within 100 metres…my advice, go to them instead!

10/10Fantastic visit from start to finish. We were welcomed by the friendly staff who were very attentive but not overbearing. The premises were authentic and provided a pleasant dining experience. The choice and number of dishes made my decision difficult because everything on the menu was tormenting my taste buds, I eventually settled Home style chicken curry which was superb, the side dishes were also tasty and plentiful. My partner ordered the Lamb and spinich curry which he said was clearly the best curry he had ever tasted. The bill was surprisingly reasonable as we had ordered a large amount of food and drink, it was well worth what we paid. We will definitely revisiting sooner rather than later, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit, this place is a must visit if you want to experience authentic Indian food at a reasonable price as opposed to the usual outer city tasteless venues.

4/10Absolutely not what I was expecting. This is not how authentic Indian street food tastes like. The ambience and location is great and no problems at all with the service but the food needs a review. Sorry to be honest but Delhi/ Punjab as my hometown, I'd urge you to please do some research on what Amritsari kulcha really is, how it looks, what it tastes like and maybe then decide to add it to the menu.

10/10Great restaurant with amazing food. We ordered lots of small dishes between a group of 5 and everything was delicious. Service was very good and location central so all in all a great place.

10/10Amazing find on trip advisor, small place so best to prebook. It’s like Indian tapas so you can order a few plates, the food is amazing, atmosphere is relaxed and the staff are pleasant, friendly and helpful.

8/10This restaurant wad a good find. The food was very good simple meals. Staff was pleasant for late Monday afternoon. Indian hot dog and masala fries was filling and flavour was great. I enjoyed the meal and staff were attentive. I will go back again.
