10/10We had the loveliest time. Shared a platter and some maze, had great service, ended up staying for much longer than planned - always a good sign! I'll be back!

8.5/10Excellent food, welcoming staff but unfortunately the main course took over an hour to arrive - so we had to bolt it down to avoid missing a concert at the Barbican. No time for dessert or coffee, or even to finish the free drink we were offered. Next time we’ll book 3 hours before show time!

8/10Excellent food, but it took a long time for our food to arrive and we had to eat very quickly to not miss our show at The Barbican. We arrived 1.5 hours before curtain up, which we thought was adequate.

8.5/10Nice restaurant in quaint street. Warm ambience. Pleasant service. Food: dips (delicious) + salmon + sea bass. Vegetables a bit too salty but overall we enjoyed our meals.

8/10We went pre theatre. It was quiet to start with and started to get busy later so hard to tell if it has a party atmosphere at other times. Staff were friendly and helpful, food came in good time, and they were great with some young kids having an adventure eating separately from their parents. Meat was tender, salad fresh and with tasty dressing. 6 minutes walk to Barbican so I would say it’s a pretty good pre theatre place. Having read previous reviews about the 30% discount not happening I read carefully. Basically you must be on time, set menu not included, drinks not included.- seems fair enough - I asked when ordering if what we were asking for was in the deal- all was fine. We enjoyed it very much

10/10I went to Iskele to celebrate my son’s birthday. The food and service was great and very fast. The waiters were lovely and the food superb. I will definitely visit again even though I live in Essex.

2.5/10The waiter (manager) again was rude. Asked for garlic sauce and he added a starter to the bill. I enjoyed the food but it’s not worth the hassle of going to dine here and being treated bad. The manager has an ego issue and demands that you pay however way he wants the bill to splitter. Very cocky person with an anger issue. Truly would advise the ambience goes down when you hear him being rude and the service isn’t great when he is on a high horse. Advise to go somewhere else perhaps Babel Grill or Berenjak Soho. Mitchelin quality and you’ll pay less than Iskelé even when you pay full price at Bernejak.

8.5/10Since my last visit the experience here has significantly improved. The manager was slightly a bit pushy and loud but he quiet down. FOOD: 9/10 really really good presentation of food. Great portion. But most importantly every bite was yummy. Service was really good. A lot of attention was given to all table and very quick service too. Ambience was nice nd warm and not loud. We got a nice round table for 5 in the corner but we weren’t neglected of any table service. Complimentary bread was provided with garlic sauce and tap water to start. Value for my is good. My Seabass was of a good portion. Complimentary little tiny cubes of Turkish delights came with our Turkish tea and mint tea, such a nice touch Joe most Turkish restaurants. Waiters and waiters were polite and came to check on us mid way eating. Restaurant was not rushing us to leave. Very good selection of mezzes and mains and most importantly deserts. It’s now gone to my top 5 Turkish places to eat in London. Thank you Iskele!

8.5/10The restaurant was truly beautiful. Workers were kind, my only critique would be the wait time for the food. We waited over 40 minutes for 2 plates- though they were delicious! Lamb tagline was cooked perfectly.

10/10This is a lovely restaurant which I have visited many times. They have two menus, Mediterranean and Italian. A pretty interior with Turkish hanging lamps adds to the atmosphere.
