5/10It was ok, we had to eat in the bar because my friends had their dog, which was fine. Service was good but we had to ASK for our empty cups and glasses to be removed so there was room for the food. my meal, which was the Bass was not up to standard the sauce and veg was nearly cold but the fish and potato was ok. I believe my friends were happy with their food.

7/10We have visited your dining room for many years and am sorry to say we will not be coming back at lunchtimes for a sandwich etc . For a long time now the selection has been very poor, we thought you might have added something more appetising by now, but no such luck ! For what you are charging we really don’t feel we are getting an enjoyable snack

5/10There was a problem in the kitchen - no gas, as a result more than half of the food on the menu was unavailable, no steaks, no gammon, no chicken and vegetables curry, no linguine, no chicken Caesar salad - the list goes on. However, that left the lasagna which was very nice

10/10Arrived an hour early, no problem food lovely sea bass was fresh and plenty of it. steak cooked to perfection my husband ordered it medium rare and that is how it came. A lot of places he orders medium rare and it comes well done. Nothing too much trouble with the service. Altogether a very pleasurable experience

8/10Will the state was very nice but I think the presentation was not very good the steak was dry dry and not very appetizing it could have done with some sauce and a decent salad not just a few leaves

6/10It was ok. Nothing bad but nothing exceptional. Staff were ok but nobody went extra mile - though it was quite busy. Food was ok though the carrots were underdone. All in all our lunch experience was alright but not brilliant.

8.5/10Nice atmosphere, great service from waitress Jasmine, good food enjoyed by me and my guest who told me that she would like to come back again, I'm a regular anyway so I'm more than happy to do that, already looking forward to my next visit, it was my guest's first visit to The Jack Rabbit.

7/10Very disappointed, 3 of the alternatives to roast or burgers were not available, on children's menu garlic bread not available. Service was very poor it took 2 hrs 15 mins for us to get and complete our meal. My Doombar had pieces of paper napkin floating in it. Has been a go to place for years for my family, not any more, now looking for alternatives.

10/10The venu was easy to use due to the parking outside. The waiter (Tom) was brilliant, he didn’t rush us in any way and was there when we needed him. Thank you for a lovely opportunity for myself and my very good friend to sit and have a wonderful chat. Thank you.

8.5/10Good food and service, but once again all the components of the meal ordered were not available. Beef dish with dumpling, but no dumpling and no one mentioned this when ordering! A bit disappointed when this is mentioned as part of the dish.

10/10From the moment we arrived to when we left we thoroughly enjoyed a sunday afternoon roast here. The waiter was amazing friendly and efficient, the food was delicious good portion sizes aswell. Will definitely be back for more!

9.5/10This restaurant was a great find for us as we needed to be near the hospital. The service was excellent ant the staff really friendly. It was pretty inside with fairy lights and the food was cooked really well. The menu choices were good too. We enjoyed a lovely evening.
